meh ah share ..... nak kurus gak nie....aku pun tgh usha nak kecikkan sket....berjaya gak dalam 3 hari turun 1.3 kg sebab bersauna.....

tak makan nasik yer ....pergh....jiwa kental tuh......dah tu ko ganti ngan haper.....roti...?? mee....?? aku pun yang ada kencing manis nie orang suruh makan beras perang....tetap nak bantai nasik putih...tak tahan le....

aku makan nsi lau tol2 dah thap trigin..

memg r tak leyh tahn..

tp nak kuwus nye pasl kan..

aku ganti buah2an... sayuR2.. roti pun roti yg jagung tu..yg wane coklat tu..

minum bnyk air putih..

seksa ngak wei..

tp teruskan jugak..

hmmm kena tuka menu ler...iena penah jadik vegetarian.....tahan 2 minggu jer.....tapi it works....dalam 2 minggu bleh turun dalam 4 -6 kg....nasik pun amik sesenduk.....

aku dl diet bekpes minum milo ksong n epal sbiji.

lunch roti 2kpg n milo ksong.

dinner roti 2kpg n milo ksong gak. tp mkln sblm pkul 8 mlm.

mkn nasi bila tringin sgt je 2 pun x smpai setengah senduk.

hasilnya aku mencapai berat badan ideal dri 75kg n now 55kg dgn tinggi 163cm.
