Ooo ye ker? aku selalu jog dulu... baru angkat besi.. tapi betul la... lepas tuh dah rasa mcm malas nak workout...
sekarang aku ingat nak workout guna swiss ball dgn dumbbell ja... but still tgh cari routine program yg sesuai.. agak2 boleh build muscle ker kalau guna swiss ball n dumbbell ja? malas gila nak pegi gym... time consuming plus jauh.. huhu |

kadang2 aku rasa mcm tak konfiden ja ngan workout mcm nih... mcm korang exercise sekali semiggu ja untuk every part.. kalau count separately, sehari buat chest then rehat 6 hari, sehari buat leg then rehat 6 hari... mcm lama giler rehat untuk each part tu...
anyhow... exercise mcm ni mmg proven kan? pelek.. |

-push more on your shoulder(deltoids, especially anterior and posterior) and traps..
It looks unbalance, sagging la bro..

tkpe, aku mmg memerlukan komen camni instead of "nice body".
mmg tajam mata bro, mmg org suruh aku improve shoulder sbb dah lagging compare ngn arms aku.
yup, aku akan improve shoulder ngnn upper pecs aku pasni.
