3) klik kt choose files, then carik gmbr tu dlm komputer korang
4) dia akan kuar paparan ntuk save tag dan sbgnye, tekan NExt je
5) ble dh siap, dia akan kuar gmbr kecik
6) mouse over kt gmbr tu, nnti korg nampak IMG Code, click dan tekan ctrl-C kat kibod, ni sng skit drpd nk hightlight dan copy

Geng..

Aku dlm proses lose weight + builds up muscles ni...

Aku just nak review korang punya workout routine mcm mana...

Aku buat mcm ni:

Mon: Shoulder/traps

Tue: Back/biceps

Wed: off

Thurs: Chest

Fri: Leg

Sat: Triceps

Sun: off


Tu schedule resistance training aku la...
As for cardio, aku bantai 5-6 days/week.. nak buang byk spare tires ni..

Byk org aku perhatikan kat gym yg buat both cardio and resistance on the same day, majoritinya buat cardio dulu...lepas tu baru pi pump iron..

The best way is:

-Do the weight training 1st.., then proceed to cardio..

Why?

-sebab bila lanyak muscle dulu(weight training), our glycogen yg akan dibakar..
-so bila abis weight training, body dah dlm state nak burn fat.
-kalau start with cardio 1st, kena main for 20-30min, baru body enter the fat burning process..
-lagi satu, kalau dah buat cardio dulu, lepas tu mesti kurang larat nak pump iron..

Ooo ye ker? aku selalu jog dulu... baru angkat besi.. tapi betul la... lepas tuh dah rasa mcm malas nak workout...
sekarang aku ingat nak workout guna swiss ball dgn dumbbell ja... but still tgh cari routine program yg sesuai.. agak2 boleh build muscle ker kalau guna swiss ball n dumbbell ja? malas gila nak pegi gym... time consuming plus jauh.. huhu

kadang2 aku rasa mcm tak konfiden ja ngan workout mcm nih... mcm korang exercise sekali semiggu ja untuk every part.. kalau count separately, sehari buat chest then rehat 6 hari, sehari buat leg then rehat 6 hari... mcm lama giler rehat untuk each part tu...

anyhow... exercise mcm ni mmg proven kan? pelek..

haha...rasanye aku dah terangkan dulu. mmg penting habiskan glycogen level dgn weights, pastu baru la wat cardio.
cuba tgk sekeliling kt gym, selalunye org yg badan cun habiskan bnyk masa kt weights section. tp yg fat bnyk habiskan masa di atas treadmill.
ini apa yg aku tgk masa aku kerja dlu. sampai la skrg ni aku tgk kt gym2 sama.

pd aku camni la best, sbb boleh buat bnyk jenis exercise, dan boleh push satu2 workout ntuk satu part tu, sampai tkleh gerak esok. tp tetap boleh ke gym dan exercise part yg tk berkaitan plak.


keluar dari comfort zone dan cariklah INTENSITI dalam workout

Calf dah ok pe, cuma quad je still long way to go.. Kawan aku kat gym dulu, quad besar gile, rupe2nye, budak tu budak rugby memang focus dia utk quad.

bro, sebenarnya badan aku tk ckup besar ntuk quad aku. budak2 rugby mmg ada quad besar sbb diorg nak generate power. selalunya akut gk diorg training squat dgn mmber duk kt atas bahu

-push more on your shoulder(deltoids, especially anterior and posterior) and traps..

It looks unbalance, sagging la bro..

tkpe, aku mmg memerlukan komen camni instead of "nice body".
mmg tajam mata bro, mmg org suruh aku improve shoulder sbb dah lagging compare ngn arms aku.
yup, aku akan improve shoulder ngnn upper pecs aku pasni.
