Kuih badak berendam. Favorite bulan puasa jugak ni. Leceh sikit nak buat, masak inti, uli inti, uli tepung untuk kulit luar tu, rebus sampai timbul, masak kuah santan dia pulak. Kalau bulan puasa kena start buat pagi baru ok kasi sejuk dalam fridge, masa berbuka sedap makan

Waaaa terliur. Kecil2 dulu selalu tolong arwah nenek buat kuih-muih ni berniaga kat nat. Sekarang ni, nak buat tu, kena ada permintaan baru rajin mengukus

Pengat tu macam bubur uols, berkuah. Lengat ni dia lebih solid texture santan putih tu. Camna nak habaq tak tau

Kalau balik kelantan kuih koleh sambal dengan tepung pelita iols akn cari dulu. Tp rasanya dah xserupa mcm kt tempat nenek yg aku beli mase kecik2 dlu.sekadar nak lepaskan rasa rindu mkn kuih2 tu boleh la.

Sekaya Kukus

Mama ku buat 1 loyang semalam
Letak dlm peti ais semalaman
Makan sejuk2 nikmatnya lahai
Banyak guna telur kuih ni
Beli kemarin telur 10biji RM6..huhuhu..xtaula jenama LV gamaknya telurnya  
Jarang jumpa jual kat luar sekaya kukus ni

Meh nak share resepi...cedok dari pacik gugel

Resepi Sekaya Telur Terengganu Sukatan Cawan
Bahan-bahan Resepi Sekaya Telur Terengganu Sukatan Cawan
7 biji telur
1 kerek Nissang (gula melaka)
1/2 cawan gula
1 cawan santan
2 helai daun pandan
Sedikit garam
Cara Cara Masak Resepi Sekaya Telur Terengganu Sukatan Cawan
- blend santan dengan gula dan nissang
- Tuang bahan tadi ke dalam telur kacau sampai sebati campur secubit garam
- Dah sebati tapis dan masukkan ke dalam loyang dan letak daun pandan
- Kukus lebih kurang 20 - 25 minit
- Dah masok bile sejuk letok dalam peti sejuk

Yg paling rare pada sy nk susah nk dpt... Bahulu kacang yg dlm dia inti jam nenas.. perh.. Kalu blik kg.. Opah siap bungkuskan sorang sikit.. Sbb sgt limited.. Xdpt kt tmpt lain..

Sukaaa sangat talam ubi, talam keladi. Kat tempat tinggal i  ni, ada yg jual kuih dangai, tak pernah try, saje la try beli haritu. Ya ampun sedapnya, wangi kelapa dia tu. Kalau dia bakar guna cara tradisional mmg lagi sedap. Dulu mak i pun rajin buat kuih2 talam ni, sekarang jarang dah. Banyak beli kuih frozen je pastu goreng. Puasa nanti rajin balik la kot buat
