Betul, UKM Varcity Run aritu utk fun run 5km students RM28 je. Normal citizen RM35 early bird/RM40 ...

dolu kerap jogging, sekarang nie je x berlari dah....lutut n buku lali sakit sangat bila lepas jogging or berlari
naik tangga pon rasa kaki berat semacam je.... |

buat stretching for few weeks - kalau nak resume jogging lagitapi kena discipiline -- 20min a day stretching utk
knee, hamstring and quadricept is good already
kalau persistent sakit bila jogging --- buat brisk walk
it is much better for knee or achilles tendon instead of jogging/running
jika ada masalah kat situ -
