komot ni minat kucing. sebelum ni ada niat nak buka petshop, tapi takut sebab xde pengalaman. sebagai permulaan, try kerja kat petshop sambil tambah ilmu pasal kucing.
komot decide nak bisnes sendiri sebab penat weh kerja sorang2, 10pagi-10mlm. tapi sedih gakla time resign tu sebab dah xleh nak share2 ilmu dengan customer. lagi satu catparent ni suka datang petshop tanya masalah2 kucing.

Sebenarnya nak meniaga ni offline atau online kena ada ilmu. Kalau main redah je silap2 memang banyak rugi dari untung.
Saya pun dah macam2 bisnes buat. dari freelancer, graphic designer, website, printing, kad kahwin dan sekarang nak fokus kat servis google ads dan servis SEO Malaysia jela.
Tak semestinya kita akan kekal dgn bisnes yang pertama. itu boleh jadi tempat kita belajar dari kesilapan.

Betul la..bila dah start bisnes tu, kepala mesti fikir bisnes je. Seronok bila dapat duit hasil usaha sendiri tu. Satu kepuasa. Gua ni bisnes apa?
Zaman covid ni memang zaman yang mencabar, terutama sesiapa yang berkecimpung dalam bisnes. Benda ni berlaku secara tiba2, memang semua orang tak jangka. Tu yang menjadikan keadaan semakin buruk. Tapi kalau dapat bertahan, alhamdulillah. Yang penting kena bertahan. Hidup memang ibarat roda. Yang pasti akan ada waktu kita dibawah..dan insyaAllah, kita tak akan berada dibawah selamanya... |

start involved in beauty biznes - lash extension service since 2018
i sejenis touch up lashes tiap bulan. so i pikir, kenapa i nak kayakan org?
why not lepas ni touch up kat mata sendiri. sambil2 tu earn income.
pastu stop jap due covid19 pandemic. sebab nya, my client walk-in my house.
management condo tak kasi outsider visit & etc
then, 2022 i jump company lain.. dapat hybrid wfh.
so since that i fully concentrate dalam bidang ni. kena pandai manage masa.
per session, only take 1 hour je.
totally both pair of eyes i akan letak 300-350 pcs of lash extension.
i adapt 10y work of experience at my own business from home ni.
purchasing / inventory - kena pandai estimate utk topup item, see par level.
business analytic - monitor timing bila peak/slow season, contoh org dpt gaji & festive season akan fully booked slot.
pr / customer services - tekel hati kastemer. kena ramah & tahu current issue utk borak2 and jaga after sales services.
database customer - customer ni sejenis fussy or etc. so in future bila dia dtg so i need extra careful. lol
marketing / sales - how to promote? online thru social media platform via Tiktok / FB / IG. offline thru edar my pamphlet kat lrt/mrt waktu peak hour. sambil2 tunggu tu, buat muka tebal edar jela dah alang2 iols pon naik public transport p keje. sebab nya rumah skrg sebelah mrt je. |
