Nak kasi sukatan tu boleh.

500gm cili kering
kurma/kismis 100 gm
gula secawan

tapi it depends on byk m ana air yg tercampur masa blend bahan2 ni.. sebab tu tak der rigid sgt sukatan dia. kalau nak pekat cepat dan tak nak tambah gula byk tambahkan kismis / kurma ... cara nie kuah senang pekat. kalau cili pedas kena lah tambah gula.

amboi yaya.....popia mamak sudah mari oooo....maklang pun rasa tak pueh hati tang kulit popia yg maklang buat tempoh hari tu...ada bentuk lempeng skit ler...

wah achik nyer kulit POPIA nampak nipis serata ler..... TAHNIAH ACIK..

FOR YR INFO kulit popia mak dewi buat biasa kalau 1 kg tepung leh dapat dlm lingkungan 80 -90 keping kulit ( kalau tak der rosak le)

tak per achik bulat besar tu takes some prektis lah ... dewi pun tak leh buat lagi bulat besar cam mak buat. tak tahan deh panas .. kalau bulat kecik dah pas dah.

ehekss...shida...tutup mata jer...pi baca buku sekolah nun...

tapi respect lah dewi leh gunakan jari utk ratakan kulit popia tu...try jugak semalam..tapi..eeiii...ngeri..
takut kang melekat pulak jari kat kuali tu...sesia jer..
