nottie ada 1 resepi roti thai.....
mince meat(beef)
udang kering
udang segar
telur
daun ketumbar(amik akar sekali)
sos ikan
bwang putih sket
blend sume bahan then sapu atas roti then goreng
sedap.............

sya suka guna tomyam paste brand 'pantai' , halal. Sape2 yg pi bangkok or padang besar ke leh cuba cari. tak tau la maybe ada jual kat supermkt kat KL.. ramai kata sedap. oppsss...tak reti nak pusing gambo

ni pulak daun yg orang Thai suka masuk dlm tomyam (hiris and tabur bila nak hidang). baunya wangi sedap. Selalu gak depa boh dalam kerabu (namtok) etc. Saya tak tau apa nama daun ni dlm b.melayu, sape2 kenal tak? maybe boleh di beli kat pasar tani ke...

yup.. saya pun suka roti ni tapi saya guna udang cincang, soy sos,  daun ketumbar, telur, gaul rata dan sudukan atas roti yg dah potong 4 segi (se keping roti ptong 4), goreng biar kuning.. sebagai appetizer. boleh je buat topping ngan apa2 pun.. budak2 biasa suka.

kita ade pokok nih kat belakang rumah..jiran kasik
salu buat ulam jek atau taruk dlm  kerabu daging..dlm tomyum blom torai lagik

pernah gi restoran kat bangi...ada menu tomyam pok tek....lissa nak order..tp rasa cam lucah jer perkataan tu ...langsung x jadi order...lepas ni nak try..

kalau menu thai yg nmanya Lap @ LLap..tu maksudnya salad berdaging...tak kira lah daging ayam ke, lembu ke atau lain lain..
kadang daging tu dicincang n kadang dihiris nipis jek..

beras goreng tu mmg part of resepi Lap nih.. kalau ade ayam jadik Llap Kai/gai

resepi dia senang jek...lebih kurang jek dgn salad thai yg lain2

bahan2 dia cuma:

daging/ayam dicincang/dihiris nipis - saute kejap sampai masak pastu toskan
serbuk beras goreng [beras disangrai sampai keperangan pastu tumbuk jgn terlalu halus]
jus limau
sos ikan
daun ketumbar n daun pudina [salad daging/ayam sedap kalau taruk pudina..salad seafood taruk daun ketumbar jek dah cukup]
cili padi - dititik atau hiris
bwg besar/merah - mayang nipis2
serai - hiris nipis [optional]

gaul semua bahan n balancekan rasa masam masin n pedas ikut selera masing2..siap utk dihidangkan..
senang je kan?

ni tomyam ayam aku buat baru ni...



resipi simple2 aje....aku pakai pes tomyam adabi tu...cuma tumbuk bawang merah...lg byk lg bagus.....serai n cili padi diketuk.....just rebus je jgn tumis......pastu masukkan la ayam ke seafood ke ape....then masukkan sayur ape2 yg korang suke...mcm kat ats tu aku masukkan mushroom, carrot, kobis bunga n tomato.....jgn lupa masukkan daun limau purut utk kasi lg kick......aku perah air asam limau kasturi sebijik....garam jgn lupa jgk......

kemaren buat tomyam putih lak...ni 1st time buat tomyam ni...n 1st time jgk buat tomyam campur..slalu aku buat tomyam ayam aje.....guna serbuk tomyam putih adabi...blh tahan jgk rasanye....tp kaler dia xdela jernih sgt kan....



resipi sama la mcm tomyam biasa...campak2 aje...cuma kali ni aku rebus ayam n asingkan air dia tu dulu....then air rebusan tu aku amik br masukkan bawang...n seafood (udang & sotong).. pastu br masukkan isi ayam n bahan2 lain......

heheh...nnt try belek2....dulu ade member org kelantan dia pon buat pes sendiri aje.....dia pakai sos tomato aje...tp aku rasa mcm x menepati gak rasa dia...tu yg saje cuba2 pakai pes adabi...

asal2 dulu x minat tomyam ni...tp sbb husband suke rajin lak masak tu...xyah gi kedai....

Hari tu ada Thai fair kat sini so saya order tomyam campur,saya notice sebelum dia nak letak kuah tom yam dia akan letak susu cair cap bunga cornation dalam 5sudu besar dan lepas tu baru letak kuah tomyam.

Nak tanya dia kenapa letak susu tapi dia pula tak faham bahasa melayu and english

alang ada pokok ni kat umah... daun ni la yg alang ada cakap kat posting alang kat pg depan2 sana pasal daun yg bau cam tomyam.... ini la yg mak alang kata mcm pokok lobak tuh... mmg daun dia cam daun lobak la sekali nengok.... tp bau dia ngancam betul... ala2 campuran bau daun ketumbar + daun limau purut + serai .... mmg best giler la bau dia... hiris halus dan tabur dlm yom yam atau dlm kerabu thai, wallllllaaaaaaaaa sedap tak terhingga, buat ulam pun sodap....

alang dh tangkap gambar pokok ni.... tp dok cari mcm mana nak paste gambar masuk forum... haritu mcm dh terjumpa cara nak paste gambar kot photo bucket ni, tp dh tak jumpa balik....
