wah....kak noor.....teruja sungguh tengok creme caramel kak noor. lawa sangat. kak noor pakai acuan souffle ke? shida dari sehari ke sehari nak beli acuan tapi tak de yang mengikut kehendak. nipis sangat nanti tak cantik puding dia. kak noor, 1/2 pint tu = 300ml ye.

Etched buat berapa biji telur? biasanya shida buat jadi je.

shida perasan kalau shida buat jenis steam, puding selalu berongga. kalau buat steam bake dia elok je.

Opppsss......lepas tengok & baca resepi Kak Noor...baru den tau naper den punya karamel tu jadik camtu...sebab den kukus dgn api yg kuat.....so next time ingat nak try steam bake dlm oven plak lah....

ok ni puding karamel yg speed dah buat....sutra recipe...



dah tau dah naper dia jadik cam berombak2 tu....next time kena kukus dgn api perlahan....

speed, shida baru je berangan nak cuba resepi kak noor. lepas tu tengok speed buat conversion, shida pun ye ye lah pi tulis. nasib baik kak noor buat correction & shida pun tak buat lagi.
