makan atau mengunyah tu tak salah muntz
yg salahnya, mengimpot (atau bawak masuk lebih dari utk sendiri)
dan buang merata2 bila dah abis mengunyah......
undang2 tu dibuat dulu pun asalnya pasal dah terlalu kerap sangat train mrt tergendala perjalanan,... kerana ada yg lepas kunyah, tepek kat pintu....pintu train tu pulak sensitif....sikit jer tak tutup betul, dia tak gerak... |

Sebenarnya dah terlalu ramai pemimpin M'sia datang S'pore utk mempelajari sistem-sistem yang berjalan di singapore contohnya sistem pengairan.. siap pegi pulau semakau lagi... pegi MUIS, pegi MENDAKI, pegi HDB belajar tentang sistem perancangan bandar..., pegi LTA belajar tentang sistem pengangkutan kat Singapore..
tapi aku tak berapa sure la.. dorang pegi tempat-temapt tu seme dorang belajar ke... dorang just melawat ke.. atau saje-saje dapat jemputan ke... etc..etc..
Nanti aku korek-korek fail aku... aku tepek gambar-gambar dorang seme kat sini... |

singapore government dulu ban chewing gum sbb orang suka buang merata-rata dan teenagers suka lekatkan kat celah pintu MRT sebelum pintu MRT tutup...
bila dah sampai destination, pintu MRT bukak, pastu chewing gum tu ditarik panjang... orang nak keluar masuk MRT habis rambut dan baju kena chewing gum tu... |

Singaporean, aku nak tanya sikit. MUIS tu ialah independent/private council ataupun di bawah Ministry of Muslim Affair? Kalau ya, aku rasa HDC nyer dakwaan tu salah ler.... sbb diorang kata hanya Malaysia jer yg letak certification halal direct di bawah kerajaan. |

Actually the key to everthing neat and clean is discipline. Orang Singapore macam org Asia lain jugak, kalau masuk Malaysia, diorang mula nak speeding bagai... sbb enforcement tak ketat, takder org nak disiplinkan. Macam org Brunei jugak ler... kereta besar2 bagak.. mahal... tapi kat bandar, ramai yg selamba sajork park tepi jalan yg ada line kuning.
Di Singapore, enforcement senang dijalankan sbb negara dia kecil, a city-state. Rakyat pun ramai, 1/5 of Malaysian population with 1/466 of Malaysian size... shd be more than enough to enforce effectively. |

MUIS ni ditubuhkan pada '68 bila Administration of Muslim Law Act (AMLA) diwartakan
di bawah AMLA ni, MUIS is a statutory board of the SingaporeGovernment(badan berkanun). Ianya di bawah Ministry for Community Development,Youth & Sports, dan under direct supervision olehMinister-In-Charge of Muslim Affairs.
literally, persijilan halal tu dah kira kerajaan la yg buat.sebab, ianya berkait rapat dgn undang2
tapi.............
ada jugak la pelanggan yg tertipuuuuuu
sebab dah selalu makan sedap kat situ, bila tokay tu tak renew, dorang still makan jugak
kes mcm ni banyak jadi di tempat2 jual chinese seafood.... |

MP hospitalised after man pours flammable liquid on him, sets him on fire
By Satish Cheney, Channel NewsAsia | Posted: 11 January 2009 1419 hrs
Mr Seng Han Thong
SINGAPORE : Member of Parliament (MP) for Yio Chu Kang, Seng Han Thong, is in hospital with between 10 and 15 per cent burns after a man poured flammable liquid on him and set him on fire on Sunday.
Mr Seng was at a bursary and hong bao presentation ceremony at Yio Chu Kang Community Club when the attack happened.
The chairman of a nearby Chinese temple, Aw Chui Seng, also suffered burns.
Both men are now at the Singapore General Hospital.
Yio Chu Kang Community Club was filled with police and Civil Defence officers who were going about their investigations, but reporters were barred from entering the premises.
It is believed that a 70-year-old man approached the MP and Mr Aw from behind, poured the flammable liquid on them and set them on fire using a lighter.
A caller to the MediaCorp Hotline, Mr Zhang, said: "A man ran in, lit a bottle of kerosene and threw it at Mr Seng. Half of Mr Seng's hair was burnt...his back suffered burns as well. The man who threw the bottle tried to escape, but some people caught him and brought him to the CC."
Police have arrested the assailant.
Temple officials said the man was disgruntled for not being selected to receive the hong bao containing S$200.
Residents in the area whom Channel NewsAsia spoke to said the man is a familiar face in the neighbourhood, but not much else is known about him.
The charity event was organised by the chairman of the nearby Chu Sheng Temple.
Mr Aw has been the temple chairman for more than 10 years. He is also a popular and prominent figure in the community, with his temple giving out bursaries and red packets annually for 28 years.
As for Mr Seng, this is not the first time he has been attacked.
He was assaulted by a disgruntled taxi driver in 2006.
The man, who had sought Mr Seng's help about a revoked taxi licence, was acquitted after he agreed to Mr Seng's undisclosed terms. - CNA/ms |
