sape ade tengok discovery channel program oil sweat and rigs. ade satu episode yg depa repair platform lepas kena katrina tu. depa ade perkenalkan seorang diver kat ctu nama gelaran johhny bravo. die punye body memang paling cantik yg pernah ku tgk setakat ni. tak terlampau besar mcm jay cutler atau ronnie coleman dan xterlampau kecik. aku tgk dari kaki sampai bahu mmg cantik dan sekata aje. itulah body shape idaman aku. cuma aku pendek ckit dari die..

takdele plak rasenye, sebab die bukan somebody pon. cuma diver aje. tapi body mmg mantap. tinggi dan saiz badannya mmg macam ngam2 je. sekali tgk die berdiri mmg cantik dan sempurna badan dia. xterlampau gila muscular mcm pro bodybuilder tapi still nampak muscular dan tegap serta besar. sebab tu gelaran die dekat tmpat keje die tu ialah johnny bravo.

ramai bodybuilder yg badan lawa dan sedap mata memandang (aesthethic) tp diorg tk femes sbb tk cukup size dan tk boleh masuk Mr Olympia.

ehh?? post mana yg merujuk pasal tinggi tu?? hehe...keliru plak aku

bila aku ckp tk ckup size tu, maknanye tk ckup besar, tk ckup mass. tk refer kpd ketinggian
its bodybuilder terms.
selalunya competitor Mr Olympia, berat sume >100kg, tak kira tinggi dia berapa.
bayangkan >100kg pure muscle, nak tk nak jadi FREAK ler.
sbb tu ada bodybuilder kat US yg tk masuk Mr Olympia

bila diorg cakap, aku nak "size" lagi la, maknanye nak besarkan lagi

ps: tp aku mmg rendah...haha..adehh

just curious... kalau exercise like 3 times a week with combination of two or three part on that particular day... maknanya, we can only manage  to do 1 exercise per week. And each exercise only consume us around 10-15minutes or so. So, in one month we only work out 4 times for back, bicep, chest, tricep, shoulder and leg respectively with total of 40-60minutes per month. Brapa tahun baru nak nampak muscle? mcm mana ada org boleh buat like 4 months with visible develoment? can this kind of exercise really gives us good result? hmmm... sometimes something that is so impossible is something that is so real...

Those who work out within <6 months, and shows results are most likely using RACUN..

tapi nampak shape sket la kot.... aku nak lean muscle... nampak natural... susah betul lemak nih nak hilang... heeee
anyway, dulu aku buat mcm total body workout... jogging before exercise.. tapi lepas nih aku nak try buat ikut Scooby's workshop yg intermediate nya..

Mon: Chest/Tricep/Abs (40 min) + Cardio: jog, brisk walk or bike (20 min)

Tue: Cardio (30 min)

Wed: Back/Biceps/Abs (40 min) + Cardio (20 min)

Thu: Cardio (30 min)  

Fri: Shoulders/Legs/Abs (40 min) + Cardio (20 min)

Sat: Cardio (30 min)

Sun: Cardio (30 min)

Total time = 5.0hrs/week

Baru try seminggu... mmg terasa lagi effective dr yg aku buat 6 bulan lepas...

To speed up proses pembakaran lemak tu(sebab nak dptkan lean body dulu), apa kata kau byk kan HIIT..
Jgn buat statik cardio..buat statik cardio sampai sejam pun, hasilnya kurang memberangsangkan compare to HIIT around 30-35min.

And make sure every cardio training is after weight training..

Lepas tu makan/minum lah things yg speed up metabolism such as cofffe, green tea, citrus fruits..

And it's all goes to bodyfat content.

Selagi bodyfat content tinggi, selagi tu tak nampak shape.
Coz fat will not turn into muscles..

And aku perhatikan kau bantai cardio 7 days a week, average 30min..

Choose one day off for cardio, for muscle regeneration, tissues repair..

Dlm 5 or 6 days cardio tu, buat lah 45-50 min statik cardio or 30-35min HIIT cardio training..

Makan kau pulak mcm mana?

Ikut ka makan 6 meals /day tu..or at least 5 meals/day??

Kira ke calories consumption kau berapa?

Cut down carbo is the fastest way...tapi jgn sampai starvation la..

Make sure majority of the calorie comes from complex carbo + protein..

Tak kiralah stress dgn kerja ..or stress sebab workout tak nampak hasil...

Sebab bila stress, catabolic hormone byk keluar, sia sia aje buat weight training...

Hidup mesti happy, baru Endorphine melonjak naik..testosterone pun terangsang...

kalau smoking, QUIT .

best plak bace korgnye post ni......mcm2 info berguna nak dpt muscle dan otot2 yg tegap...
btw....aku pon baru2 ni je layan gym kat...adelah dalam sbulan lebih....b4 aku masuk mmg keding abis....n berat aku pon juz 67kg jek....mmg x ssuai la ngn tggi aku yg 179 ni.....sposely  brt yg ssuai dalam 75-80 kg....la ni baru bertmbh 1kg lbh skit....
smggu aku main 3 atau 4 kali g gym..n sekali 2 atau 3 jam je.....selang seli main chest/ sholuder/backside....naik la gak chest n sholder skit......dlm pd mase yg same aku dlm proses nk tmbh bert badan...klu sppliment x mmpu beli lagi.... myb bulan depan. la ni aku mkn telor 6 biji  n soya je dulu hari2... mmg x cukup laaa kan...tp adela sumber protein lain aku mkn....tp adela sumber protein  lain aku mkn..,,,klu x sempt g gym aku main dumbell je kat umah dalam sejam..n b4 dan selepas bgun tdo aku pumping 100 kali.............selain suppliment... bole korg suggestkan mknn protein yg ssuai tuk aku amik b4 n after g gym sehari harian...then klu set utk home gym yg basic2....alatan yg ssuai ape yg ptt.....suggestkan ..

Huhu.. stress mmg stress... ngan keja, rumah, study, exam, masa, duit...   tapi bila jog kuar peluh mcm mandi... leh hilang gak stress.. dulu aku nak try makan 6 kali sehari tu.. atau at least control intake makan with good diet...
tapi bila aku buat meal aku yg ala2 western sket... dah bini aku tak lalu makan plak... hehe...
tambah2 tgh pregnant 3 bulan.. lagi la dia tak selera... so tepaksa la aku lupakan proper diet aku tuh...

sory la... mlm ni internet cam harem sket... malas plak aku nak search apa kebender catabolic hormone and hiit cardio tuh..
aku ingat jog dah bagus dah... 30 min can burn around 300 calories, tapi better lagi Hiit tu ek?

HUwaa.. best nya kalau aku jadi mcm ko... kalau aku jenis yg keding, dah lama aku tak pikir pasal nak diet or exercise ni... dulu objektif utama aku nak turun badan, so that aku boleh makan puas2.. aku mmg gila buffet dulu... 3 jam mengunyah non stop takde hal nya... makanan2 member aku tak habis, semua aku belasah. Tapi satu tak best sbb berat badan aku mmg senang gila naik. Dulu aku pernah cecah 84kg... dah lah aku nih jenis ayam katek.. pendek 170cm ja.. kalau ada ubat bagi tinggi dah lama aku beli! hehe... skrg dah lama control makan and exercise, berat pun around 69kg terasa mcm nak bagi ada muscle sket.. tapi kalau boleh aku nak berat bawah 65kg.. aku tak suka bulky.. nak look just nice, lean and natural... tapi tuh ah... badan aku nih jenis kerangka besar kot... apa nama ntah endomorph ker ectomorph aku dah lupa...
