chopp..sue guna resipi mana ni ya..bakar(api ats&bwh) @ chill..
mlm td dh wt kuar fresh milk&cream cheese konon nk buat cheesekek durian..si kecik lmbt tdur..sudah nyer..semua bhn msuk semula dlm peti ais. |

tak sure nk enter pertanyaan ni kt thread mane..sorry ya MOD kalu slh msuk rmh
nk tnya otai2 cheese kek..kalau resipi request non dairy whipped cream..boleh tak kite tukar ke dairy whipped cream. terjejas tak tekstur kek..bkn apa..kdg time nk buat..last minit bru prsan kena guna non dairy..stock peti ais ade dairy. |

hihihi..ari tu g kelas cheese kek..chef guna uht whipd [email protected] nyer tu la kot chese kek x leh mkn byk..buleh menaikan berat bdn ..
belek2 resipi cheese kek..ada lak jumpa hak pkai non dairy..tu yg tfkir..buleh ke non dairy gnti dgn dairy@uht
kire adunan cheese tu dh pkul..sebati dgn bhn lain..stop..then pkul kjp [email protected] kembang cmpur kaup balik dlm adunan cheese td |

seperti yg dijanjikan.
Cheese Cake
Utk base: sue just blend digistive biscuits then campur ngan melted buter. then tekan dalam adunan. Bakar sekejap.
Filling:
500gm cream cheese
50 gm butter
100 gm gula castor
4 bj telur (asingkan kuning dan putih)
30 gm tepung jagung
150 whip cream (non-dairy )
1tsp jus limau
Cara:
putar cream cheese, butterdan gula hingga kembang.
masukkan kuning telur satu per satu. putar lagi hingga sebati.
masukkan whip cream
masukkan tepung jagung
masukkan jus limau
Dalam bowl lain, putar putih telur hingga kaku (soft peak)
Then masukkan putih telur tu ke dalam adunan cheese.
Tuang ke dlm loyang yg ada base tadi.
Bakar secara bain marie.
Bakar 150 darjah utk setengah jam pertama then turunkan suhu ke 120 darjah hingga masak. Lebih kurang dalam 1 jam lagi. dah masak, switch off oven. buka sedikit pintu oven biarkan sekejab dalam 10 minit then baru keluarkan dari oven.
dah sejuk, masukkan ke dalm peti sejuk. Siap! |

Muahhh..thanx sue, boleh lah sya try ujug mgu ni..buat time cuti sng nk bg2 ke org..sdiri mkn x hbis nyer
Non-dairy whip cream..boleh tak gnti dgn UHT whip cream(huhuhu..hak ni ada stock 1ltr dlm peti ais) |

huhuhu..mlm td sya dh try resip hak sue bg..dh ikut 100%..result memuaskan..pg ni dh bhgi2 ke org tertentu.
cuma confuse skit, knp ek surface kek sya x kuning cm dlm pic sue..ke kena guna cara steam bake buh api ats &bwh.
@ ada kah brand cheese mempengaruhi kaler surface kek. sya beli cream cheese dkt kdia bakery, brand BRAVIA 1kg $25 |
