ade sesape tak yg tau workout yg bagus utk mantapkan punggung. sebab aku ingat nak mantapkan punggung le, sebab nak bagi awek2 semua meleleh2 tgk punggung aku

bro. boleh je tk makan carbo selepas exercise. kalo nak lean lagi bagus camni.
nutrition timing. makan karbo 1 jam sebelum menggunakannya.

bro bukan senang badan kita nak masuk mode catabolic hingga muscle breakdown ni. protein bukan sumebr utama tenaga. glycogen dan fat yg akan digunakan dulu

aku tak ingat ar last time aku excercise tricep guna style mana... atau aku exercise benda lain secara tak sengaja effect skali ngan tricep... nak straight tangan pun sakit, dah kat seminggu tak hilang2 ni... kalau satu badan rasa mcm nih kan best... tambah2 kat abs tu.. ini tak, exercise mcm tak execise jer... rasa sakit kejap than hilang.. mcm tak effective.. semalam punya HIIT pun rasa penat kejap pastu dah hilang... hheee..

boleh tuka kot cara squat tu, instead heavy dan low reps squat. go high reps and light, ntuk target slow twitch muscle fiber.
nak lean lagi smpi dpt cut2 tu ke? bnyk legs extension dan low BF...
honesly, kaki aku pun tak cut lagi
