    cuba wat topping die manis, so counter back the cream cheese, if dlm cheese ke tu dah ade blueberry and ot's sweet wouldnt be a problem rasanya...

nak tanya, kalau nak buat ciskek whipping cream tu perlu diputar sampai kental ker atau just tuang dan gaul rata pada adunan cheese tu?
whipping cream boleh diputar sampai jadi meringue ker?

pastu kat area JB ni maner boleh dapat biskut tiramisu? Cari2 tak jumpa laa..Thanks pada yg sudi menjawab.

* 1 cup whip cream (saya guna emborg. Brand lain ada guna tapi dia jadi cair sgt)

ni guna springform ker loyang biasa ek? Camner nak kuorkan kek tu tanpa pecah?
Mlm tadi buat Cappuciano Cheese Cake. Resepi ambil dari satu blog. Ni first time baked, slalu
buat non-baked jer.

    waarh...tros lapar tngok capocino chizz si orange neeh...
tepek le resepi.
Orange Net guna loyang biasa je tp ikot petua otai kt sini letak aluminium foil dlm loyang..
letak dlm peti ais semalaman pastu senang je tarik keluar!
1 adunan Net dpt buat 2 bekas : 1 loyang lonjong 1 lg loyang bulat ...
tapi basenye Net pakai biscuit chipsmore warhhh meriah budak2 sukerrr!!!

thanks yer nitezen share cara baking tu..ni resepi capucino cheese...

Bahan
120 biskut degestive dikisar halus
2 sb mentega cair
* satukan dan tekan dalam loyang

250g cremecheese
130g gula castor
100g yogurt/sour cream
100ml whipping cream
1 s/k esen vanilla
1 s/k jus lemon
2 biji telor
2 sb tepung jagung
1 s/k cappucino emulco
1/2 s/k coklat emulco

Cara
1. Pukul creme cheese dgn gula sehingga lembut.
2. Masukkan yogurt dan pukul sebati. Masukkan telur satu persatu dan pukul lagi.
3. Masukkan jus lemon dan esen vanila.
4. Masukkan wipping cream, pukul sehingga pekat. Masukkan tepung jagung, pukul sebati dan tapis.
5. Bahagikan 2 bahagian. Satu biar plain satu bahagian tambahkan emulco.
6. Masukkan dlam loyang 6" selang seli dan lorekkan.
7. Masak guna cara mariebath, suhu 160 darjah selama 40 minit. Selepas masak biarkan 12-20 min dalam oven.
8. Sejukkan dlm peti ais semalaman.

yg terbaru ni azz buat lembik ler terletak sikit agar2... sll nye pakai agar2 serbuk yg bekas warna kuning tu semua nya... tp hari tu akk beli jenama lain, azz dah x sure azz letak separuh, da lembiik... hehehe... pakai gelatin elok kerasnya, tp setengah org takut tak halal, masa azz beli azz tgk ade tulis halal, jenama nur, so play safe azz beli agar2 serbuk je...

sue akk pun x pnh buat yg chill..selalu baked. otak ni x brpa nk buleh mkn yg chill..duk imagine..mcm x msk je...pd hal dh msuk geletin +air pns..
yg chill..ada org ckp..ala2 puding karamel..
BTW bru beli 2kg cream cheese..cm gaya kena membaking lagi
