Dear Mila,

This is quite a rare case,  DO the following.   

1. Change the Cleanser to normal to oily skin, (but I am surprised having pimples almost for 5 months, is she using Acne & pimple Cream)
2. Use Toner.
2. Use Acne & Pimple Cream on the effected area and on the navel(pusat) everyday at night or day time to control the heat in her body.  
3. Continue using the  flawless or AHA B5, Aloe Vera Serum

For immediate therapy and to understand her true situation, follow the below:

4. I will be sending you one 20ml Skin Marval (FOC), Ask her to use twice everyday after cleansing and toning for the next 1 week. Use the acne cream on the navel and on the effected area too. It should help.

The rest she can stop for the time being. After that ask her to report about her situation to advise her further. Sometimes health condition too can cause this problems.  

Temporarily ask her to stop using the Refiner and Revitaliser. We will check one by one to identify her true situation, whether it is because of allergy or her body health condition.

Just to clarify on few things:
1. Change to cleanser normal to oily skin ni yang mana ? Sbb currently alana guna cleanser that come with D-tox set tu, for problem & acne skin kot. so cleanser yg Dr. segar suggest ni yg lain ke ?
2. Yes, alana mmg guna Acne & Pimple Cream almost every night, all over the face, for the past 5 mths. Sbb tu ke eh ? So now just sapu kat acne spot shj lah ye, + kat pusat.
3. Use toner - yg ni mmg tak pernah guna. After this hv to start using toner plak la.
4. skin marval - will contact u.

Ok, will try to adjust my skin regime accordingly. Hopefully it works, coz I can see improvement in overall skin textures, increase in smoothness and brigther. Only one problem, acne that keeps coming out every single day. Will update on the progress. Thanks again, greatly appreciate ur help.

Patut la bila sy apply rc muke cepat bkilat compared to gs..  RC ni sy pkai siang x pernah pulak pkai malam.  tp selang seli dgn gs.
lg 1 nk confirm,  kalau pkai krim detox tu x perlu hari2 ye??  boleh selang seli dgn rc, gs, detox krim??

saya plan nak buat chemical peeling kat klinik Dr Suzana...
tapi skincare masih lagi guna glyco/cosmeteq...boleh ke?

Salam,

Klu u masih dlm process menggunakan detox set, tidak digalakkan mencampurkan dgn product lain i.e. bb cream. especially klu kulit jenis oily or acne prone and also ada open pores.detox set adalah untuk membaiki kulit dari dlm means that underlying problem gitu.

ni cuma nk wat weekly/ monthly detox jek kan?
if nk Detox weekly/monthly wat waktu mlm /hujung minggu
just guna basic 3 items is good enuf

1. FC problem skin
2. AHA serum
3. Acne Cream aka Detox cream

hana mula2 dulu pakai gc & sgt suka dgn gc+mineral makeup.  Malam kita pakai gs.  
Sekarang ni malam hana pakai AHA+whitening/ radiance selang2 +kadang2 revitelizer.  
Siang pakai refiner+mineral makeup.  Kalau kita pakai bb cream, kita tak pakai refiner sebab nanti mcm cepat berminyak.  Alhamdulillah so far hana suka resultnya.
Whitening cream memang best, utk cerahkan overal.  Masa cuti sekolah aritu g mandi kat lost world tambun, sampai muka sunburn, kita pakai whitening cream tiap mlm dgn aha serum, agak2 seminggu dah ok.

whitening cream sejuk jer bila sapu kat muka....sebenarnya cara pemakaian bergantung pada keadaan kulit kita....masa bila kita perlukan krim ni..dan masa bila plak kita perlu sapu krim tu....sebab cuaca, stress dan hormon mempengaruhi keadaan kulit kita.....
