Semalam baru pas timbang berat depan trainer. Target sepatut nye 87.4 tapi kita dpt 86.8 yahooo..

So total penurunan bulan february 5kg (:

Untuk bulan march target 82kg!!

    aik en din... saya dh bg target mac masa laporan akhir feb.. x pe mungkin terlepas pandang... hihi

target bulan mac : 58kg.

    syabasss!! moga dpt diteruskan aktiviti mcm ni.. sesekali bleh pelbagaikan corak senaman tu.. mesti byk turun nnt..makan kena jaga... x guna buat senaman tp makan x jaga..semoga terus maju capai target!!

    kardio + weight training + metabolisma tinggi+ minum air yg banyak... rasanya la... apapun kita tunggu pendapat kengkawan yg lain... ada setengah org makan supplement utk fat burner.. mungkin itu juga membantu..

    apasalahnya target lebih skit aik.ah.. senaman lebih sikit dan beri semangat utk kawal corak pemakanan dan gaya hidup yg sihat.. x capai target pun x pe kalau kita dh usaha... kalau target 1kg sebulan, usaha kita pun hanya tumpu arah tu je sedangkan secara normal mungkin kita boleh kurangkan 1kg selama seminggu... jangan lah malu... saya pun target bulan lepas x tercapai.. terlebih 500g.. tp ada kemajuan la utk turunkan berat dan kita leh tau dgn corak pemakanan dan senaman yg telah kita buat tu, kita dh boleh agak boleh turun berapa dlm semimggu...

thanks linamys.....i just did my medical check up last month....tinggi i, 160cm berat 52kg tapi my bodyfat percentage is 30...that is obese...nak find out ways to reduce that....also i can't do much running or jogging coz my BP will increase if i do that....the only exercise yg rajin buat skrg nie is walking.....

    tq lina..actually i aktiviti dgn gym before ..dgn weight training,aerobick 2x seminggu,hari biasa equipment lain & jogging + kawal permakanan..memang turun kg..bila berhenti semua aktiviti, naik tak la mendadak..now i start balik dgn perlahan2..

    midori x boleh buat senaman lari2 yer? kalau buat style aerobik atau senaman mcm pilates boleh x? mana tau boleh membantu.. senaman mcm tu x perlu kita lari2 sgt.. ia fokus pada tempat tertentu.. mmg berpeluh buat tu.. disamping boleh membakar lemak di bahagian tertentu..

senaman dh ok tu... mantappp... kalau naik tu, kena tgk cara pemakanan pulak.... aik.ah kena kawal pemakanan la jgn terlebih kalori diperlukan dlm seharian..

    Terima kasih lina! happy sgt.. teringat waktu mula mula daftar gim dulu, berat 98 kg dah.
Naik treadmill pun penat, now boley la lari 10minit tanpa henti dgn kelajuan 7.5.
Harap pasni nak 15minit tanpa hentii!

    sesama..   mmg gitu, lama2 kita leh pertingkatkan lg stamina kita...

lina pun gitu, awal mula2 mengayuh basikal dulu, 100kcal burn tu lina ambik masa 30 min .. tp skg, 13-15 min dh dpt 100kcal..30 min bleh dpt dlm 200-250 gitu..cukup la kan dlm sehari.. kalau dpt lebih lg baik...

Tadi gi supermarket, lina tgk skg gardinea telah pelbagaikan jenis2 roti keluarannya di pasaran.. almaklumlah ada pesaing kan.. lina tertarik pada beberapa roti yg sesuai utk yg mengamalkan diet seimbang...

ada 3 jenis roti, yg unbleached.. berserat tinggi...lina telah pilih satu roti ni utk dicuba iaitu passione italiana - Herbal mediterranean mixed grains.. with sundried tomatoes and olive... perghhhhh sedap giler roti ni..yelah dalam tu dah sedia ada olive ngan tomato... tips utk makan roti ni makan dgn butter bergaram atau leh jadi mini pizza atau bruschetta...

mmg sedap.... ni bukan nak promote, ni lina nak btau la kewujudan roti ni di pasaran utk sesapa berminat nak makan roti yg kalori rendah dan sedap...

2 keping roti - 131kcal jer... kenyang gak makan roti ni.. lina mkn utk lunch harini( x jd makan menu protein. hehe).  nnt nak cuba jenis lain..harga rm 4.20 je.. anak lina pun kata sedap...
