Rumusannya ambil makanan 6 kali sehariPandai pilih hidangan ikut nilai kalori dan khasiat
Jadikan matlamat untuk hidup sihat sebagai matlamat utama
Amalkan senam secara berkala
Ambil buah 2 hidangan sehari
Semasa makan nasi, sukat sepinggan tu nasi setengah, sayur setengah dan lauk - biar lauk lebih sedikit pun tak apa
Minum air sekurangnya 3 L sehari
nak dapat tahu target berat ideal secara mudah = tinggi - 100 , itu lah berat ideal kte

mmg la, tu kdg2 kita pelik tgk org tu nak kurus, tapi utk cut portion makanan dia tak mo, minum air masak lebih sikit tak mo, senam pun tak mo.. habis mcmn nk turun berat tapi semua tabiat sihat tak mo buat?
