i think u are right, i am skinny fat.....kekurangan otot....

dulu2 ada low BP problem....high BP belum pernah lagi....but at my age kena be extra careful on that...Dr ada recommend to see cardiologist....tapi lum jumpa lagi....that's why i nak buat exercise yg ringan2 dulu....like walking....

syik tak mampu masuk gym...
   huhu... kalau mcm syik, syik ikut buku nie Bottom UP..nie buku lama...syik ikut jer guna dumbel 4lbs n 8lbs..tak de la berat sgt..buat dlm 2 kali seminggu..




ada gak ikut cd The Biggest Loser Power Sculpt, senaman guna dumbell... boleh dibeli di kedai speedy video

selain tu buat bodyweight workout..iaitu guna berat badan sendiri sebagai pemberat..ini memang mencabar la.. effect nya 2 in 1..iaitu kardio + tone muslce.. berpeluh sakan...

bodyweight workout syik selalu ikut dari website bodyrock.tv or zuzana dlm youtube..

   owh...kalau ada masalah mcm tu memang kena mula dgn low impact dulu....
jgn risau tak kira bape usia kita, kita mampu reverse our age...

bila dah stamina naik, jantung pun akan jadi makin kuat... midori akan rasa perubahannya...

leh la try pilates mcm cadangan linamys...

or boleh try buat senaman bodyweight y basic mcm push up (kuatkan otot lengan dan dada), plank (kuatkan core muscle), dip chair (kuatkan lengan) dan squat (utk kuatkan kaki)

buat slow2 ikut kemampuan kita...

nie contoh nenek umo 86 tahun tapi fitt..

syik penah beli kt Fitness Concept..dlm kotak band nie ada cara2 senaman guna band.. ikut jer insyaallah berkesan...

lama tul tak jog...rindu giler.....

kalau jog sure stamina dah kaput...

dulu2 masa gigih jog awal2 nak dpt 10 minit pun byk stop... dah lama tu push diri sendiri aim naikkan sedikit demi sedikit..

lama2 dapat jog 40 minit non stop.. nak dekat 6km rasanya...

skrg adoiiiiiiiiiiii..... hahaha... kena training semula...

   wah..maknanya dulu aik fitt la eh....
jgn risau badan kita nie ada muscle memory, bila aik dah kembali ke "jln kebenaran" semula...

kita akan dpt  naikkan stamina time aktif2 dulu dlm kadar y cepat sedikit.....

tu la kalau stop memang berat akan naik balik.. sbb tu la kita kena ubah life style..

ada org ckp, nak turun berat lagi senang dari nak mengekalkannya...

Terbaca pasal page2 blkg ( maklumlah laju sangat tread ni)... Sy Pun pernah cuba detox gak... Air lemon campur madu dan lada ceyyene tu mmg sedap... Tapi sy tak mamPu nak minm tu jer sepqnjang hari... So ttp makan benda lain jugak cam biasa....

Detox ngan air garam tu mmg best hasilnya... Tapi bab minum garam tu yg tak tahan... Rasa cam lemas kat laut mati jer... Hehehe... So skrg ni saya istiqamah minum aPple cider jer... Sedap dan ok jugaklah kosnya....

Puasa mmg detox terbaik... Tapi nak puasa di kala org lain sibuk dok makan mmglah susah... So sy puasa masa bln ramadhan dan puasa ganti jer... Hihiji
