Penentuan berapa HP patut dibubuh ni actally based on Volume ruang tersebut.
Tu sebab diadakan konsep BTU/Hr tu.
The most common misunderstanding about HP is that the higher the HP, the better cooling capacity of the air-con. It's partly true.
If katakan sebenarnya sesuatu ruang/bilik tu dibekalkan dgn air-con yg HP nya terlalu besar, maka akan timbul isu Poor Energry Consumption disini, a.k.a bil elektrik akan melambung.
Mengapa? Ini disebabkan peranan compressor air-con. Bila HP nya besar, maka kapasiti kompressor air-con pun tinggi. Maka masa yg diperlukan utk menyejukkan suhu bilik adalah singkat(dlm kes penggunaan air-con yg terlebih HP nya relatif kpd saiz bilik). Ini bagus, pada mulanya. Namun kemudian, alternator di dlm kompressor air-con akan memasuki fasa on & off berulang ulang(alternating on and off).Alternating on & off inilah yg mengakibatkan peningkatan penggunaan arus elektrik.
Bukan setakat itu, alternating on & off ini jugalah yg meninggikan risiko kerosakan kompressor air-con. Selain drpd itu, bunyi klik/tik/tok yg berulang ulang(selari dgn on & off nya kompressor) boleh menimbulkan rasa kurang selesa(annoying sound).
Oleh itu, kalau bolehlah, cuba kira Volume bilik terlebih dahulu, sebelum menentukan berapa Horse Power yg diperlukan.
Selepas mendapat bacaan Volume bilik, maka bandingkan dgn BTU/Hr yg berpadanan.
Namun, diakui bahawa penetuan Volume(isispadu) bilik adalah sukar, melainkan bilik tersebut semata mata berbentuk square box(segiempat tempat, sama ukuran tingginya, lebarnya dan panjangnya) Kehadiran pintu & tingkap menyusahkan lagi pengiraan Volume bilik.
Oleh itu, secara asasnya, kebanyakkan pengeluar air-con telah beri guideline dlm penentuan pemilihan HP air-con.
Most of the bedroom will require between 1 to 1.5 HP.
Living room will require bewteen 1 to 2HP , depend s on the size, whether it's attach to the dining room or not, any use of large scale divider, etc etc..
Kitche --usually 1.5 Hp
In my case, I spilt the usage of air-con into two for the living room.
At the one section where all the sofa located, the audio-visual set are located, I allocate a one HP air-con.
At the other section where the dining table is located, I allocate another one HP air-con.
Betwwen these two section of the living room, there is a ceiling fan.
The walkway from the living to the kitchen is being seperated with a ceiling to floor curtain, as to minimise the loss of cool air.
In other word, if money is not a concern, then u can opt to 2 HP air-con. Just pay the bil accordingly. |

RM 1430 + installation RM 150 = RM 1580
so total = RM 2780 |

ct beli aircond sekali dengan installation dahh..
denka panasonic 1.5 hp = RM1350 + installation, unit kedua dia beri RM1330 je. |

aku beli kat kedai letrik biasa je.. tempat aku beli fridge dulu.
dia kata panasonic ok tapi after sales macam lambat sikit pasal technician from KL.. aku dok JB ni
dia ada mention bout fujitsu.. tapi cam tak menarik je.. |

The compressor(outdoor unit).
Kalau beli air-con, tgk spec nya. Bunyi bising ni dikira dlm dB (desibel)
Indoor unit tu, aku rasa standard aje bunyi nye. |

tp belom pasang balik wayar gas tu...
please sesiapa yg tahu to re-install back wayar gas tu....

i gune panasonic 1.5hp, psg kt ruangtamu, sbb rumh xde lubg udara, so tghari rase cam dok dlm ketuhar, dh gune 2thn lebih, 28 darjah celsius dh sujuk dh.. okla.. tp kene maintainla.. |
