Ziela...currently I am staying at Bandar Baru Nilai, if you want easy access to Putrajaya (using toll free Kota Warisan highway) also commuter ride to KL from Nilai....yes it's one of the option...
Kota Warisan is quite nice....but lack of commuter....tapi one thing good ada ERL..not sure if this going to KL sentral.....Kota Warisan lack of secondary school ..tapi kalau anak masih kecik lagi..dun worry..the school is coming within 5 years time...Salak tinggi is okay too...but as you said missing shopping complex....
Nilai will have their own Giant...soon...not sure bila launching..and all the fast foods outlet e.g Pizza Hut, McD, Ayamas, KFC, Marrybrown...I Think salak tinggi only hav KFC. Also a lot of wellknown kindergarden e.g Smartreader & Krista. I think it's value for money...good luck with your search.... |

prosedur beli rumah nih...
we all bercadang nak beli rumah baru...
so kena bayar booking fee dulu utk dapat resit nak proceed loan kan?..
booking fee = rm2000...
i nak tnya kalau dah bayar booking.. pastuh proceed loan dgn bank.. kalau loan tak leh proceed.. means ada masalah..
boleh tak kita nak claime balik duit booking/deposit td?...
ker burn gituh jer.. sapa tau.. pls ... |

Depends kat developer juga. Cuba baca term & condition dia. rasanya ada period masa yg ditetapkan utk dptkan loan. Cuba tanya ngan developer. rm2000 banyak tu. Boleh buat downpayment rumah lain. |

Newbie tumpang lalu...
Hedd keja kat bukit jalil.. nak beli umah kat area seri kembangan tu pun ada dalam perhatian. tapi jalan kat situ selalu jammed banget. Hedd pun ade gak cari umah kat bandar kinrara, umah 2 tingkat... tapi cam tak mampu je nak membayar nye nanti... |

kat seri kembangan tu mmg byk kwsan perumahan yg tgh naik tp yg tak tahan nyer bau samaph kuat...kwn2 sy yg menyewa kat sane pun tgh survey nak pindah...klu lps hujan lg bau dia naik...entah bilalah tempat pembuangan sampah tu nak dipindahkan.. |
