Musim panas macam sekarang nilah elok consume aloe vera...untuk menyejukkan badan...

kalau yg aloe vera giant tu warna dia cm kelabu2 hijau..pastu daun dia besar2/lebar...
kalau yg aloe vera kecik2 tu,kaler hijau ada bintik2 putih2..daun dia kecik2..(ehhh..panggil daun ke apa?hmy3:..)
kalau evy,jeli/isi aloe vera evy ambik,potong kecik2 pastu masukkn dlm air mendidih bersama longan kering,white fungus dan gula tebu/gula batu...pastu biarkan air mendidih seketika..lebih kurang 10 minit..simpan dlm peti sejuk...sedap diminum sejuk2..
evy pun dah lama tak masak air aloe vera ni..evy pernah tgk kat tv rancangan masak2..di Taiwan,ada satu restoran cina..kawasan sekeliling restoran dorang tanam aloe vera giant ni..dorang guna tuk masa dgn daging ayam atau masak sup...

Ooo...boleh rebus dengan buah longan kering ye?...i suka air longan...tapi tak tahu kat mana nak beli longan kering tu...hmy3:...

Kalau gula batu tu diganti dengan gula melaka/gula merah...ok tak evy?...wangi kan kalau guna gula melaka...i pun dapat bayangkan...air yang dimasak dengan aloe vera dan longan tu...pasti refreshing kan?......

Evy pernah masak jeli aloe vera dengan ayam ke...daging ke?...sedap tak?...

Bila baca banyak kegunaan aloe vera ni...rasa nak je tanam aloe vera giant tulah......

cuba shiina g tanya kat kedai2 ubat cina tu..dorang selalunya ada jual longan kering,gula batu/gula tebu tu..shiina ckp mau masak leong sui...
kalau masak campur gula melaka evy tak pernah cuba lagi tapi evy rasa mcm tak sesuai sebab gula melaka kan bau wangi dia lain..so klu guna gula melaka,rasa aloe vera tu dah lari...
shiina nak ke alovera?klu nak evy bagi..nanti evy nak kirim tuk ang dan rst gak...
rst dan Ang..minta maaf ya..lambat kirim aloe vera..nanti bulan 4 baru ada masa nak kirim...

Selalunya longan kering tu beli di kedai singse ye?...dia dijual dalam bentuk camana?...boleh beli beberapa gram kita nak ke?...

Gula batu i tahu...tapi gula tebu...bukan ke gula pasir?...

I cakap nak masak longan dan aloe vera tu dengan gula melaka/merah...sebab kalau buat lai chi kang pun kan masak dengan gula melaka/merah?...i buat 2-3 kali masa bulan puasa haritu...ok...takdelah bau wangi sangat...

Evy ada aloe vera giant ke?...kalau ada...i nak lah...

kalau kat sini asal kedai cina dia mesti ada jual longan kering tu..dorang dah bungkus..ada yg rm1 ada yg rm3 ada gak yg rm1.50..klu nak masak banyak beli banyak la..klu msk sikit beli sikit..hehehehe
lai chi kang masak dgn gula melaka ke?evy tak tau la...
gula tebu(isshh..salah kot evy ni..mgk gula madu la...) yg evy ckp ni bentuk ketul2 besar..slalu dlm bungkusan ntah berapa gram klu tak silap rm1 lebih/rm2 lebih...

Ye...lai chi kang yang i buat masa bulan puasa haritu...memang masak dengan gula melaka...ok...sedap jugak...

Gula batu tak yang evy maksudkan ketul2 putih macam batu tu...sebab rasanya gula tebu tu gula pasirlah...tak tahulah kalau ada gula lain...

sist evy silap la.....tadi tanya hubby..bukan gula tebu..tapi gula madu ketul2 kaler kuning sikit..kat bungkusan ada gambar lebah...gula batu tu yg ketul2 putih2 tu..keras cm batu..
hubby ckp lai chi kang masak pakai gula melaka...hehehee..evy ni tak tau la ttg lai chi kang..tau minum ja..
sist bagi resepi masak lai chi kang ble tak?

139# novlin ganaih pokok lidah boya ang ...tumbuh dari dinding..memain jer...ada satu brader tu dia ajar saya buat bubur cam bubur caca pakai lidah boya ni..tapi jenis yang daun yang tebal...gel tu dipotong cam kiub

Ni kebaikan Lo Han Kuo

The plant is most prized for its sweet fruits, which are used for medicinal purposes, and as a sweetener. The fruits are generally sold in dried form, and traditionally used in herbal tea or soup. They are used for respiratory ailments, sore throats and reputed to aid longevity. The best way to describe the medicinal use of luohan guo in southern China during the 20th century can be found in the book written by Dai and Liu. It was written in Chinese in 1982 and translated into English in 1986. Here is their description:
The dried fruit may be bought in a market. The surface of the fruit is round and smooth, it has a yellow-brownish or green-brownish colour, and is covered by fine hairs. The fruit has a hard but thin shell. Inside, one finds a partially dried, soft substance which contains the juice and a large quantity of seeds. All components are very sweet. Their nature is cool and not toxic. The fruit can act as a remedy for sun stroke, wet the lungs, remove phlegm, stop cough and aid defecation.
Heat stroke and thirst
Take a fruit, break it open and pour hot water on it to make an infusion. Drink the infusion in place of tea.
Acute or chronic infection of the larynx (aphonia)
Take the halves of a fruit and 3 to 5 sterculia seeds, cover this with water and leave it to boil. Swallow very slowly.
Chronic cough
Take a piece of the fruit, cover it with water and leave it to boil. Drink the resulting liquid twice daily.
Constipation due to old age
Take two fruits and, using only the soft parts and seeds, divide it into pieces. Cover these pieces with water, boil it, and drink the liquid before going to bed.
Diabetes
Take an appropriate amount of fruit squash or boil it so as to get concentrated juice. Use this as a substitute for sugar in your nutrition.

Adakah gula tebu instant tu diperbuat dari buah lo han kuo?...

Sebab dari penerangan dalam english article di posting 154 u tu...it was described that...pokok lo han kuo tu sebagai bukan pokok tebu...ada pokoknya yang tersendiri...yang mengandungi banyak khasiat...

Ok..ok I sebut pasal gula tebu tu sebab post kat atas tu Evy ada mention....selalunya if nak masak air ni orang cina guna salah satu jenis guna...1. gula batu (warna putih), 2. gula buah kundur 3. gula tebu (warna perang).

Yang gambar yang I tunjuk kat atas tu campuran Lo Han Kuo, longan, gula batu ngan buah kundur. (yang ni masak dan terus boleh minum kalau nak sedap lagi tambahlah mata kucing kering tu.)

Yang sebijik lagi tu Lo han kuo......masak mata kucing/longan/isi kelapa laut(fresh) letak sebijik Lo han kuo memang sedap & wangi.
