The upcoming 81st episode of KBS2′s “Superman Returns” will feature the theme “I can do it.”
The Song triplets are sent on an errand mission by their father, Song Il Gook, to buy ingredients for samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup). Dae Han needs to get garlic, Min Gook is tasked with finding dried dates, and Man Se has to find chestnuts.
With great interest and curiosity, the brothers reflect their will to successfully acquire the ingredients. Dae Han starts looking for garlic methodically as he checks out various parts of the supermarket. However, he ends up placing a diet product for his father in his basket. It appears as though he cares a great deal about his father’s health.
Meanwhile, Min Gook searches for his ingredient proactively. He asks a supermarket employee, “Auntie, where are the dates?” Seeing his brother do this, Man Se hurriedly starts searching for his chestnuts in fear of not completing his errand.
More of their cute errand battle can be seen when this episode airs on June 7 at 4:50 p.m. KST.
Actor Song Il Gook’s middle triplet, Song Min Gook, recently took full advantage of the samples provided at the foods stands at a grocery store.
On the June 7 broadcast of KBS’ variety show “Superman Returns,” dad Song Il Gook took his triplet sons on a shopping trip to a local grocery store.
During this grocery store adventure, the triplets—Dae Han, Min Gook, and Man Se—were each given a basket for groceries. The kids all went their separate ways in order to look for the items that Song Il Gook asked them to find on their own.
Min Gook’s task was to find dates (jujube). However, on his way to search for dates, he was unable to hold back from helping himself to some free samples.
Starting with sausage samples, Min Gook moved on to feast on yogurt, bread, and more. It seems that the bread samples stole his heart, as he ended up filling up his basket with bread.
The Song triplets are (the most adorable) firefighters for a day on this week’s episode of “Superman Returns.”
On the June 7 broadcast of the popular variety show, Song Il Gook takes his triplets Dae Han, Min Gook, and Man Se to a fire station for an educational yet fun experience, exploring what type of tasks firefighters perform.
Wearing proper uniforms, the triplets participate in firefighting-themed exercises and learn to use a fire extinguisher. The courageous young men show no signs of fear despite having to deal with real fire, making their father proud and earning praise from the fire station staff.
Song Il Gook Is Praised for His Great Parenting Skills by Child Psychologist
A child psychologist has confirmed that Song Il Gook is truly a skilled dad and the way his triplets take care of each other is amazing!
A review of the most recent episode of “Superman Returns” by child psychologist Son Suk Han was posted on the show’s official website on June 11. He comments on the scene in which Song Il Gook teaches his triplets proper etiquette as they eat at the adult table.
Song Il Gook reinforces the lesson that he taught the boys in a previous episode by reminding them that they shouldn’t eat before the eldest at the table starts eating. Dae Han, Min Gook, and Man Se all patiently wait for Song Il Gook to begin his own meal before they dig in too.
Son Suk Han says, “Since the triplets waited for Song Il Gook to eat before they started themselves, it proves that their previous successful meal wasn’t just an accidental one-time occurrence.
He adds, “Dae Han picked up Min Gook’s drumstick and told him he’d take the meat off the bone for him, and then he actually did it. Their brotherly love for each other is amazing.”
“Also, Song Il Gook responded very well when Man Se was playing with his food,” says Son Suk Han.
“Song Il Gook stopped Man Se right away and taught him the proper way to eat his food. It’s most effective to correct a child’s problematic behavior immediately after it occurs. Song Il Gook did not get mad at Man Se or raise his voice, and instead calmly pointed out the issue.”
