alo2....lamenye tak menjengah kat sini..dh bertahun rasenye..hehe..nak tanye la...sy try wat cotton ciskek td....biase wat ciskek biase je...but then...bile ngap je...still rase cam basah2 sket kat dlm tu....patutnye dia mcm sponge cake la kan?gebu n kering?bkn ape...biase sy buat gune egg white ni...jarang menjadik.....

pastu satu lagik....kalo dh masak tu kene bior dlm oven dulu ke...bukak pintu oven sket ke or kuarkan terus? sbb bile dh masak , drpd membukit....dia turun plak..tp takde la sampai tahap bantat.....ngape ye jadik camni? ade ape2 tips ke kalo wat cotton ciskek ni? tgk org lain punye cun gebussss je..jeles i taww...ehhehe...

hope sesape leh tlg ye...tq2...

Last weekend buat tiramisu lagi sempena besday hubby. Tapi yg ni guna swiss roll coffee jer. Sg lazat

1/2 kg tu 500g la kan..hehe.
biasa orange guna loyang loose tu 8 inci.
Sedang2 jer bentuknya. Tak terlalu tebal tak terlalu tipis.

bake creamy cheesecake



choc cheesecake

resepi saya sendiri..olah dari resepi pelbagai yg dapat dari merata rata..

cheesecake base tu saya guna digestive pack kecil gaul dgn butter sampai jadi macam pasir basah tu..dan tekan dalam loyang...kalau choc cheese saya guna 2 pack oreo dihancurkan sekali dgn inti dia..

untuk cheese mixture pula :
500gm cheese beat dgn 150gm butter dan 1cawan gula, beat sampai tak berbintil..masuk pula yogurt 1 cup , esen vanilla atau lemon juice...lepas tu masuk telur satu persatu (3biji A)..steam bath 160c 1jam hingga 1 jam 15minit..
untuk choc cheese saya masukkan 200gm dark choc yg dicairkan dalam adunan..
