morning lina....semlm dpt jalan 4 round jer....about 45 mins....kejar masa punya pasal...mkn bfast kat kedai pun kelam kabut. Semlm mkn mcm2 but in small amount....mkn satay 2 cucuk, roti sekeping, kari ayam yeo's separuh, carrot, brocolli, half boiled eggs 2, baked beans, cream cracker 2, lean shake 1...pagi nie timbang ada turun 500g. Since my BMR is 1164, nak try makan not more than my BMR....today kalu sempat nak jalan2 lagi....kalu tak hujan lah....

since join WLC..apa yg i perasan..i lebih peka dgn permakanan & mcm ada cabaran supaya i lebih teruja nk timbang setiap hari rabu...walaupun sebelum2 ni peka juga tapi tak laa timbang setiap minggu..selalu akhir bulan je...harap sgt ia berkekalan hingga dpt weight sesuai..

    Yelaaa, selalu org kata nak bina stamina ambik masa berminggu minggu. Kadang kadang berbulan bulan, tapi bila stop dlm seminggu pun dah boleh semput sikit daa. Huh!
