last week, hari khamis dgn jumaat berjaya jugak pegi gim....huhu..tapi kena pegi 4.30ptg la....elok je kul5 habis workout ade officer lelaki masuk...
nasib baik datang awal....kalo tak, segan weh.....
dahla pakai baju kurung je....hehe..

berat naik semula ke 59kg pagi ni.. sbb weekend lepas en.hubby bawak pg holiday abis semua patang da dilanggar...

nampak gayanye  minggu ni kena doublekan usaha tuk capai berat idaman

hehe, memula kte pon tak larat kat 4
start kat 3 dulu lah... da biase 3, dalam 2 minggu
cuba-cuba 4 kejap2... ok dah sekarang nie... sebab cik dietician yang comel pesan
nak berkesan cycling kat umah/gym kena men kat 3/4 gtu
nak warm up dalam 5-10 minit leh arr men kat 1 dulu... pastu naikkan 2-3-4... cube arrr

    banyak gak yang join ye at first i nak join gak.tapi berat i normal,kalau i join tak dapat la orang yg berat overweight dan obese join.but that's okay
