Org luar kena jadi ahli dulu... Bayar rm 120 untuk satu family... kemudian beli tiket masuk kat guard house, kalau tak silap 2 ringgit satu tiket.... Tiket ni membolehkan kita guna semua kemudahan sukan di usm macam gym, badminton, tenis... Hihihi... Jom syik kita pi berenang sabtu ni kul 4ptg...

    benda alah ni mmg best berbanding treadmill.. 30minit dapat >200 kalori.. lg tinggi level lg banyak kalori...
mmm tapi yg musykilnya betul ker kalori yg dibaca sebab compare ngan polar watch.. walaupun level rendah tapi speed(rpm)  laju = kalori burn lebih, Level tinggi, speed (rpm) low = less calori burn...

   kalau naik ellip 15 minit..lagi berkesan buat konsep tabata...kayuh laju 20 saat, kayuh pelan 10 saat..buat sampai habis 15 minit..
killer workout...

   yer..lagi bagus kalau tak mkn sekaya tu sbb tinggi gula... utk sapuan y lebih baik ambik peanut butter....

i ) berat terkini - 60 kg (naik 2 kg laa pulak lps 3 bulan delivery)
ii) tinggi - 157 cm
iii) berat target untuk bulan ni - 55kg ( harap berjaya,,tgh mengamalkan Lite Tea by Cosway & Night trimm Dunia Herbs )
