Org luar kena jadi ahli dulu... Bayar rm 120 untuk satu family... kemudian beli tiket masuk kat guard house, kalau tak silap 2 ringgit satu tiket.... Tiket ni membolehkan kita guna semua kemudahan sukan di usm macam gym, badminton, tenis... Hihihi... Jom syik kita pi berenang sabtu ni kul 4ptg... |

benda alah ni mmg best berbanding treadmill.. 30minit dapat >200 kalori.. lg tinggi level lg banyak kalori...
mmm tapi yg musykilnya betul ker kalori yg dibaca sebab compare ngan polar watch.. walaupun level rendah tapi speed(rpm) laju = kalori burn lebih, Level tinggi, speed (rpm) low = less calori burn... |

kalau naik ellip 15 minit..lagi berkesan buat konsep tabata...kayuh laju 20 saat, kayuh pelan 10 saat..buat sampai habis 15 minit..
