saya 2 kali ambik coklat, now minum shake cappu ... cappu tak leh menandingi coklat, nak ambik coklat semula lepas ni. mula2 shake cappu dengan susu HL, tapi tak bole telan la.. wekkk..shake cappu dengan air sejuk je. vanilla penah try kawan punye, tak kena dengan selera sy. coklat jugak di hati. kekekeke ...

kalau puase sy kantoi sikit ler, penah try pose hari tu ... sahur herbalife , time berbuka control jugak makan buah anggur dengan epal. pastu melantak herbalife. sepatutnye kena berbuka dgn herbalife lepas tu baru sayur2. tak bole tahan naps tengok anggur sejuk2 tu. nyumehhhh ..

mcm nak join WLC  ni je tapi tengah bengang berat dah masuk minggu ke 4 sama je bacaannya mendatar walopun rejim senaman n diet yg sama..hari2 pi gym,hari2 jaga makan

berkecai hati ini,bila lah fasa plateau ni nak berlalu tak tahu dah nak tukar diet cemana..nk ubah senaman apa lg dah semua mencuba..mkn dah sekerap yg mungkin..
nampaknya kena cuba jln yg terakhir iaitu melantak secara beria 1-2 hari saja kasi kejutan kat badan biar dia tahu selama ni sabotaj iolss mentang2 dh dapat sesuaikan diri ngn diet n senaman iolss kan..so mkn byk2 biar badan terkejut dan up kan metabolisme tu
kemudian sambung semula diet spt biasa huhu

berat paling terbaik ialah timbangan lepas bangun tidur, nak timbang vogel pun bleh jugak

minum lebih byk air kosong bantu tingkatkan metabolisma

green tea pun naikkan metabolisma jgk


makanan pedas juga naikkan metabolisma


tapi yg lebih penting untuk pastikan metabolisma kekal tinggi, kena makan ikut waktu, sarapan, lunch, makan malam sume kena makan ikut waktunya
