hehe takla, body saya tak berketul2 pun.. coach amatur je

gambar sebelum n selepas saya tak hebat pun, sblm saya ni flabby 66kg.. tapi after saya still dalam range berat tu tapi body saya lebih fit dan badan saya lagi kecik berbanding dulu..


kalau nak tgk gambar saya, FB kan ada.. tp kenala add dulu..

is it healthy if I lose 1kg per week? so means that, 1month bley la kurangkan 4kg kan
tp iols nak lose atleast 2kg per week, so 1month bley la turun 8kg
company annual dinner dah nak dekat, nnt xsempat nak melaram plaks.....hehe

benda alah ni mmg best berbanding treadmill.. 30minit dapat >200 kalori.. lg tinggi level  ...

ntahla....smlm buat dalam 15 minit...amik mode weight loss punya...burn dalam 100kalori je...sblum tu naik beskal 10 minit level 4 burn dalam 68 kalori je....selebihnya wat weight lifting....

ntahla bird....redha kan ajelah........

    kalau cara akak nak lose weight tu dengan makan sikit je,minum meal replacement shake atau dengan berlapar,memang tak sihat lah.memang boleh turun tapi cepat jugak naik tu nanti.

tapi kalau dengan cara bersenam,makan makanan sihat dan snek sihat,bagi tab takde masalah.macam tab sendiri hilang 2 kg dalam masa 2 minggu.seminggu 4 kali pegi gym,kalori dalam makanan memang jaga dan minum banyak air.

matlamat tab sendiri ialah nak turunkn berat badan dan maintain macam tu.tab xmo turun kejap pastu naik lg.

pagi tadi try timbang...alhamdulillah akhirnya bergerak jugak la berat niha....dok statik je dr 2 minggu sudah...
