mlm~tomyam dan buah2an
hari ni:
pg~madu dan spirulina dan sepotong kek cekelat
tghari~lapo,1/2 cawan nasik,kari ayam dan ulam petai dan timun keh keh keh
makan nasik ni,rasa mcm nak :puke: aje....pasal dah lama tak makan
mlm~:hmm:tatau lagi lerrrr... |

semalam gi kenduri kawen anak sedara, depa masak nasi jagung lauk kurma daging, rendang daging, sambal ayam ngan sambal sotong kering..aduss..dah jumpa ngan ramai sedara mara kan, kena lah makan gak. Baik siap tapau lagi tuuhh..makan lagi kat rumah..malam tadi telan InteCleanse 2 ketul. Hari ni bior dia proses sumer-sumer yg kita telan semalam..
Start hari ni, sambung balik high protein, low carb. Pagi tadi makan teloq rebus 2 bijik ngan Guara Cafe. Skang ni still rasa kenyang lagi. Sat lagi nak makan tempe for lunch...

Minum secawan milo bagi tenaga...kang kejap lagi nak berjalan dalam
opis..maklumlah lama dah cuti..

eh lupe lak nak report hari ni makan ape!!
hari ni : bfast roti telur + green tea
lunch : dah buat dari rumah mixed fruits salad + 2 beef sausage
dinner : dah suruh mak buat tomyam campur (campur mcm2 bagi meriah!!)
semalam nyer makan tak yah kasitau aar..kalau cuti... memang hancur lebur!! |
