I think my 1st book from Judith was Double Standard.....
Been awhile tuh.... about 13 years ago...... :lol
Love tht book so much; ive read so many books from her since then...

i love mcnaught's regency romance novels .... i don't think loretta chase's lords of scoundrels ( which has been described as one of the most perfect regency romance ever written) can beat her books
as for contemporary ... my heart goes for susan elizabeth phillips :love: love her romantic comedy novels with lotsa sarcasm :cak: |

hmmm... dulu memang kumpul habislah buku Judith McNaught ni... I really like the most: Paradise dan Almost Heaven... Tapi sekarang dah tak baca, I have moved from romance genre.

ok, as i remembered:
the main lead is nickhalous sinclair and lauren danner, if i'm not mistaken
nick has a very successful and big company situated at a big city(new york if i'm not mstaken).previously, he was being dumped by his own mother coz his mother didnt like his father. she married someone else and got another son.
lauren,come from some rural place, a very talented pianist and have a master in music, come to the city to find a job to help her family.
than, lauren worked as a spy to her relatived. her relatives happen to be nick' stepfather.
then u 'll learn how lauren fall in love with nick, and her feeling after she know the truth, who's good n who's not and how nick take revenge to his mother's family.. bla bla bla...
the way of the story's going on was very nice, with judith way of writing, u know...
feel free to read this book
