Nana guna butter cap anchor n golden churn utk sapu kat roti. Kalu buat kek ke, sekut ke, selalunya guna farmcow. tapi kalu ada mana2 yg murah, ku rembat aje....ekekkeke

Mlm tadi pi Tesco, tgk butter2nya semua murah, bawah rm5...
SCS - RM4.30
Anchor-Fern - RM3.68
Kerrygold - RM4.79
Golden Churn - RM4.xx (lebih skit dr kerrygold)

So apalagi, saya pon belile jenama2 kat atas tu....,nak try...
Sblm2 ni guna golden churn....

Olive groove mmg sedap, ada rasa buttery skit sbb olive dia skit je..
Saya x penah guna buat kek tapi penah guna utk buat donut..
Lain kali kalau da kehabisan butter bolela try guna olive groove ni...hehe

Chemp, butter SCS cair pada suhu bilik sebab ia adalah terbuat 100% dr susu..kalau yg artificial takdela cepat sangat jadi gitu..

jenama pilihan zie adalah buttercup & goldern churn(guna brand ni pun sebab dlm resepi tu tulis)..lurus betul aku ni ..sajer jer, bila lagi nak try jenama lain kan.

pure butter (seperti golden churn, SCS, fern, dll) dibuat dari susu..jenama seperti manakala Buttercup,farmcow,goldenmaid bukan pure butter (mentega asl)i sebaliknya ada campuran bahan2 berasaskan kelapa sawit atau lemak tumbuhan lain....begitu juga  dengan margerin....oleh yang demikian rasa dan bau masakan yg menggunakan margerin atau mentega sedikit sebanyak ada perbezaannyer....

kalau ada saper2 nak tmbh lagik....di alu2 kan...

sekarang ni gem tgk harga butter2 nih bkn main tinggi lg...
even buttercup pn dh rm4++...
gem slalu wt cookies & cakes gna buttercup...
tp nmpknya ramai chef2 sini gna anchor & scs...
boleh le cuba lepas ni...
tp skarang ni scs je pn dh rm6++... tu xtgk lg achor punya harga lg...
bkn melambung lg...
