dah 2 hari xg gym... badan rasa lain mcm. mcm dah xhepi. ari tu g hepi aje manjang. hoho paling best pas g duk dlm sauna n steam room. hahaha. segar pastu

salam en tebu...
oo ko gym kat kota warisan ker? tak tau plak ada gym kat situ. Aku tinggal kat enstek. Setahu aku area sini kat Nilai ada satu and satu lagi kat chempaka. Ok ker gym kota warisan tu? mahal ker murah?

Aku join pan pacific klia. Membership leh share 3 org. Mmg murah gila.. tapi takde org nak refer.. just buat sendiri2 refer internet ngan forum. Nak join gym nilai mcm tak best, crouded dgn terabur sket brg2 dia.

Ada masa bila2 boleh ar tolong ajar aku jab tebu, kalau ko sudi ar hehe... tolong check apa yg tak kena atau apa yg boleh aku improve dgn workout and teknik skrg..

Aku start workout suka2 from last year.. tapi mula serious dalam the last 4-5 months ar.. mula2 ingat nak kurus-kedingkan badan so that aku boleh makan apa saja sepuas hati.. tapi bila dah lama dgn high protein low carb diet ni, aku dah hilang nafsu makan yg bukan2 and rasa mcm nak gain muscle plak.. takde ar nak buff mcm ko, just nak natural and biasa2 mcm atlit ja..

Cuma result mcm kurang memberansangkan... maybe sbb aku tak boleh nak agak berat yg sesuai utk aku buat weight lifting. Ataupun sebab aku tak ambik suppliment and whey protein. Although aku kena acceed atleast 155g protein since berat aku 155lbs (70kg) tapi aku maintain intake protein around 130-150g per day from makanan.

Tapi dah start bulan puasa ni, mmg terbantut ar aktiviti gym &diet.. aku plan nak buat kardio atau HIIT before berbuka. Nak kasi trim lemak2 berlebihan ni dgn harapan nak cepat dapat 6 pack tapi balik keja pun dah penat plus takut nanti terover dehidrate plak.

dulu aku pump kat pan pac gym gak dlm tahun 2004 - 2006
pastu 2007 aku masuk gym kota warisan plak sbb dekat ngan umah
barang2 ok lah...takde lah crowded sgt
boleh la setakat nak pump tuh
budak2 ni ada kalau nak tunjuk ajar ko

aku pun dah lama xswim pun. rasanya kalu swim mesti semput. kekeke.. ingat nk swim malam. tp pas buka aje aku dah nk tdo.. xpe malam ni nk g gym lalu bersauna
