if dlm kes jerawat yg banyak atau jerawat bawah kulit, gunakan rawatan set ni sehingga 3 bulan
atau sehingga jerawat makin berkurangan.Kemudian ditambah dgn Flawless/Whitening cream utk memudarkan parut2.

Dalam ms yg sama kontrol pemakanan kita, kurangkan food yg berminyak, pedas, byk kn mkn buah2an, sayuran hijau.
minum air kosong secukupnya supaya badan sentiasa ada cukup liquid & badan tidak panas, ini kan mempercepatkan proses buangan toksin dr badan.

Alhamdullilah. Akhirnya serasi kulit u dgn cosmeteq. Takpe lepas nie slowly kita upgradekan ur skin dgn other cream juga. Tackle one at a time ur skin problem dulu.

Nak tanya, lepas pakai serum i letak sunblock sket (guna BML punye sebab masih ada baki)  & cover ngan mineral powder (ronasutra).
Kesannya, muka i jadi a bit oily.
Sebelum ni kalau i pakai sunblock + pwder muka i tak oily sgt. Bila pakai serum, jadik oily.
Normal ke macam tu?
Serum tu memang buat muka jadi berminyak ke?
Macam mana nak minimise the oil yek?
Need advise.

Free radicals damage healthy cells. Collagen, a protein, is one of the substances that give our skin its youthful suppleness and firmness, is mercilessly attacked by free radicals leading to a chemical change called cross-linking that makes the skin stiff and inflexible.

When sunlight strikes our skin, free radicals are created. These free radicals turn on the little innocent molecules called transcription factors, causing them to migrate to the center of the cell called the nucleus. Once they get into the nucleus, they turn on DNA for production of various chemicals. These chemicals are pro-inflammatory which, of course, is harmful to the cell, and accelerates the aging process. When stimulated by ultraviolet light, the process begins to produce collagen-digesting enzymes that creates wrinkle.

usually dlm process detox u tak leh mix with other products.coz kita nak kuarkan semua kotoran dari dlm kulit.means that process pembersihan.klu sunblock u kena guna yg tak oily. normally lepas detox with cosmeteq ur skin getting better and different.
