Sambal Chicken Recipe..
The ingredients:
1 chicken - cut into pieces and peeled off
20 dried chilli stalks - ground
7 grated onion
3 grated garlic reviews
a little ginger stir fry
a little bit of the grind
5 ground lemongrass sticks - pick up the white part only
1 cup of condensed coconut milk
Just enough ketchup
turmeric powder
salty
a little bit of java acid
sugar marshmallow
The ways:
1. Grease the chopped chicken with a pinch of turmeric powder and salt evenly. Heat oil and fry until 3/4 cooked. Step it aside.
2. With excess oil frying the chicken just now (if it's a lot please reduce it first) stir the ingredients until the odor rises.
Insert coconut milk and stir again.
3. Add salt, sugar and tamarind to taste and stir well.
4. Put in ketchup and stir some more.
5. Put in the chicken that has been fried earlier and mix with the ingredients sautéed until combined.
6. Messed up a bit over medium heat until the chicken and stir-fry ingredients were really friendly, serveable.

Resepi brownies topping melimpah

400g cocolate coin beryls dark
150g butter
cair kan

dalam bekas
3 biji telur
1 cawan gula perang(150g)
esen vanila
kacau sebati
masuk kan butter dgn coklat cair td(keadaan wajib tgh panas lg)
kcau2 sikit
masuk kan 1 cawan tepung self rising(110-120g)
kacau2 sebati
siap
masuk dalam loyang
set suhu 150-160 bakar 45 mnt

topping
hazelnut spread jenama beryls atau top cocoa
tambah minyak jagung sket bg cair
sama white cocolate
kalau biskit biscoff tambah minyak jagung juga agak2 kecairan die
isi piping beg lorek kan..
atau tuang pakai sudu atas brownies korg td
tabur apa2 kesukaan korg topping on top
siap

~ SAMBAL TEMPOYAK DAUN KAYU ORI N9 ~

BAHAN
1 ikat pucuk ubi*
5 helai daun kunyit *
20 helai daun kaduk*
10helai daun mangun*
5 batang serai*
Petai ambil isi saja
Ikan bilis
1kg tempoyak mentah
1kilo santan pekat ( 4biji kelapa )
Garam

Bahan Kisar
1/2 cwn cili api
2 inci kunyit hidup

Caranya
-Hiris halus bahan bertanda*
-Kisar cili padi n kunyit hidup... masukkan terus dlm kuali
-Masuk santan n tempoyak.. dah mendidih masukkan bahan2 yg dihiris td
-Masuk ikan bilis dan petai.. msk smp pekat
-Rasakan dgn garam.. siap!

Mesti ramai yang tak tahu mcmana rupa daun mangun tu kan? Ok, tgk dekat komen????

Resepi cream puff

bahan-bahan :

250 ml air
100 gram marjerin ( Pelangi)
125 gram tepung gandum
3 biji telur
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla

Cara Membuat :

1. Masukkan air dan marjerin dalam periuk,masak sampai marjerin tu larut dalam air dan mendidih .

2. Dah mendidih tutup api dan masukkan tepung kacau laju-laju sampai tepung dah tak lekat pada periuk.

3. Biarkan sampai tepung suam, kemudian masukkan telur dan esen vanilla. Putar guna mixer sampai semua sebati .

4. Sapukan loyang dengan marjerin.

5. Masukkan adunan tadi dalam piping bag paipkan dalam loyang. Jarakkan kerana creampuff akan mengembang. Dah siap spray dengan air.

6.Bakar suhu 180c selama 35 minit.

Bahan-bahan (Custard Filling) :

250 ml susu cair/susu full cream
3 sudu besar tepung kastad
5 sudu besar gula (boleh kurangkan)
1 sudu kecil esen vanila

Resipi Creampuff Inti Kastard Yang Sedap, Ikut Sukatan Ini Dapat 30 Biji

Cara membuat :

1.Masukkan susu, gula, tepung kastard dan esen vanilla dan buka api perlahan.

2.Masak sampai filling mendidih dan kental. Sejukkan sebentar dan boleh masukkan dalam creampuff. Siap .

3. Boleh taburkan snow powder jika suka.

Pernah makan #GulaiKawahKelantan tak? menu kenduri negeri ambo. Lama dah tak gi makan gulai.. nak balik kampung pun tak boleh musim pkp ni jadi kita kenduri dekat rumah aje lah.. kalau ada yang nak buat saya kongsi resepi cara ibu saya.
Resepi:

1kg daging potong melintang ira nanti cepat empok. Basuh bersih toskan

1/2 kg santan
4 sudu rempah kari
3 sudu kerisik
5 biji kentang buang kulit potong
Sedikit air asam jawa
Nise atau gula melaka
Garam gula secukup rasa
Bahan utk menumis (A)
1 labu bawang merah besar
2 ulas bawang putih
1cm halia

Semua diatas dimayang atau potong

1 batang kayu manis
2 biji buah pelaga
2 kuntum bunga cengkih
1 kuntum bunga lawang
Utk dikisar atau blend (????
2 labu bawang merah besar
3 ulas bawang putih
2cm halia

Cara membuat:

Panaskan minyak dalam kuali tumis semua bahan A hingga garing dan masuk serbuk kari bancuh dengan sedikit air. Kacau rata hingga pecah minyak masuk bahan B kacau masuk daging kacau bagi sebati biar sehingga air daging keluar. Tambah sedikit air kalau daging belum empuk. Bila dah empuk masuk santan kalau pekat masuk air tengok sebanyak mana kita nak kuah sesuai dengan daging. Masuk kentang biar mengelegak dan mendidih. Masuk air asam jawa garam gula nise secukup rasa dan kerisik. Biarkan mendidih merenih hingga pecah minyak. Gulai kawah ni makin lama didih dengan api kecil makin cantik dan sedap. Tadaa dah siap boleh makan dengan nasi atau pulut dan apa saja yang kita suka. Selamat mencuba semoga bermanfaat.
