    Dulu i pun ingat i tak mampu... Tapi ahamdulillah ok... Rahsianya kena makan sayur banyak... Itu yg buat u rasa kenyang cepat... I ambik cara makan ni dari rakan sekerja (i cikgu)... Kwn i ni cina umor 50 tahun! Body dan kulit dia maintain jer.. Dia kata makan tu ttp perlu kalau tak bila kurus nanti kulit akan kendur... I ikut cara makan dia la...

Satu lagi... Bila nak kurangkan makan tu jgn mendadak... I dulu suka makan nasi... Masa mula2 nak start diet i makan macam yg i slalu makan jugak cuma kuantitinya dikurangkan sikit2 sampailah jadi 1 senduk jer... Hihihi...

Cubalah makan mlm
Ngan 3 sudu nasi... Insyaallah u takkan lapar utk sepanjang mlm tu...

I suka sawi, so makan malam hari2 i makan sawi campur lobak (sayur air)... Nak bagi sedaP i campur sikit dgn ikan bilis dan garam....yg penting kena habiskan dgn air2 sayur tu skali... Hihihi... Kalau kat skolah or kedai.. Ai makan bendi ( kari), bayam dan sayur campur...

Ada sorang kawan skolah i, dia blend macam2 jenis sayur dan minum... Tapi dia guna blender yg mahal tu... Boleh kisar sampai hancur... Katanya dia minum time makan tgh hari...

nina nak join..
berat nina skrg 73kg dan tinggi 150cm

dulu 2010 penah turun dari 78 sampai 66kg
pastu naik balik
huii ngeri le kalo asyik naik ni

so nina nak mula diet semula

i pun nk join boleh?baru lepas bersalin anak ke 2 pregnant tu naik dkt 30kg...ohhh tidakkk...current weight 86kg tinggi 163cm...hope berjaya turunkan berat badan..ameen

berat 59 kg
tinggi 166 cm

berat naik mendadak nih..dua tiga bulan lepas berat 54 kg jer...waaa...
portion makan sama je..banyak kot,cuma balance balik dengan active lifesyle..agak2 naik dalam 2-3 bulan lepas pasal terlebih makan process food(nugget) ..ishhh

dah dua minggu try nak detox,tapi tak berjaya,makan tak boleh kurang laa,nak jugak makan solid food,cuma dah tak minum coffee yeah!...
