i think its healthy to lose 1 kg per week....

Kalu u nak lose 2kg....kena control your calories intake, exercise almost everyday...and drink plenty of water....

Like me, i plan to lose 4kg....baru start diet & exercise last Sat, this morning dah turun 1kg, from 52kg to 51kg, but my weight slalu fluctuate between 50-52kg. So i don't take that as a weight lost.

I try to control my calories intake to 1000 cal per day...try to choose food yg lower in calories...semlm i took wanton mee dry for lunch, that's about 410 calories....and i find out, if i take the wanton mee soup, that will be only about 220 calories.

My plan is to control my calories intake, exercise atleast 3x a week (walking for atleast 40 mins and maybe 10 mins of pilates). I ada beli GNC lean shake, i only take it for dinner.

    tu dia... semalam naik, tup2 ari ni kurang 700gram lak..
sekali esok kurang lagi jadi 1kg...
tiap2 minggu lak tu .. huh !!! jelezzz....

Tetiba body fat naik dengan jayanya.. huhu .. Air lak berkurangan..
Ni la akibatnya makan sesuka hati minggu ni + senaman lebih kurang .. huhuhu

Mr din - Kenapa dari start diet, muscle saya makin berkurang???
