Boleh je nak turun berat cepat2 tapi boleh tak KEKAL MAINTAIN berat tu?

Selalunya org yg turun berat cepat akan naik berat semula dalam jangka masa 1-2tahun. Sebabnya dia tak de ilmu &tabiat utk kekalkan beratnya..

Sama jugak dgn kes org miskin yg tiba2 dapat duit rm1 juta, dia akan mudah kembali miskin sbb dia takde kemahiran utk manage kewangannya..berbeza dgn orang yg kumpul duit sikit demi sikit hingga dpt rm1juta, duit itu akan stay sbb dia dah ada kemahiran.

Turun berat sbnarnya lebih senang berbanding KEKALKAN berat. So tepuk dada tnya selera, nak turun berat cepat2 ke atau nk turun berat slow n steady ;)

   Itulah jawapnnya nape muscle awak menurun

Kena buat strength training sket klu nk build up otot.. Senaman cardio bagus, tapi jika terlalu byk ia akan 'makan' otot..

    en din, xin nyer berat pun maintain dekat sebulan dh ni 72.5kg

sekali sekala turun ke 71.6kg..tp tk kekal...
nampak ler ada perubahan, tp musykil pulak, berat tk turun2...
knp jd begini ya?

    aurora.. 1kg per week tu normal!! semoga berjaya kurang hingga capai berat idaman..tp pastikan makan terkawal dan seimbang serta buat senaman...kalau tidakkkkkk....... fhm2 je la...

    ok la tu... 4 tu mode bila saya wat tabata dlm keadaan yg laju.. haha... biasa saya mode 2-3 jer... selalunya mode 3 la... kalau 2 mcm ringan sgt.. kalori burn pun lambat.. 10 pusingam kayuhan = 1kcal... kalau mode 4. lak, 5 pusingan kayuhan = 1kcal

saya pilih slow n steady....  ( mementang la gi timbang tadi berat x turun byk... hahah.. minggu ni layan pilates jer.. tp % lemak turun dgn byknyaaaa... walau 1% )

    senaman selalu tuka2 atau senaman selalu buat yg sama jer? kalau selama ni senaman sama jer.. try tuka senaman yg lebih mencabar.. HR tu biar up..
cer wat tabata atau hiit.... bg badan tu terkejut skit.. dn air pula jgn lupa minum byk2...

camne buat pilates? syok kn? lina mimggu ni mmg fokus pada pilates... lina suka method pilates dr Cassey Ho... syokkk wooo.. dia pilates instructor.. kat utube ada.. midori ikut cara dia gak ker? kalau x, cubalah...  :)

  ok, ni pendapat lina yer...
workout time piyed leh buat mcm biasa... bergantung kepada keadaan  aik.ah...kalau sakit x mampu atau cramp tu, rehatkn diri.. x perlu buat atau buat senaman yg ringan yg sesuai dgn mood kita time tu.. dn jgn lupa, minum air byk2.. time piyed kita byk kehilangan air...sbb tu time piyed kita asyik lapo jer kn.. sebenarnya kita xde la lapo mana... tp kita kekurangan air dlm bdn... otak terus bg signal lapoooo... cer minum air byk2 rasanya hilang lapo perut tu...
apapun , nk senam ikut keselesaan bdn..
