I think....
The supermods should be given the authority to block someone who repeatedly enters a peaceful and happy forum just to create a disturbance or to irritate those discussing what they wish to.
Just raising entry level requirement doesnot solve the problem because 'irritants' can also achieve the credit requirement easily if they want to. It also prevents sincere new participants from entering the forum. |
