Just leh utk cuba. CCPP takde ingred burn fat tau just bantu utk kenyang. Yup 2 sachet shari. Sejam sebelum lunch. Utk menu dinner kira tak amik. Gantikan dinner ngan 1 sachet ccpp+protein+buah+sayur |

Cubaan ccpp 2 sachet hanya leh bantu utk kenyang, sekaligus body amik tenaga/lemak yg tersimpan lama utk workout. Apapun if tak success gak leh cuba alternatif lain |

Sorry, nak menyibok sat bg testi CCPP..saya da minum ccpp ni 9 hari...saya da mengalami banyak perubahan sepanjang 9 hari ini..hari pertama je da terasa badan ni bertenaga, dan yang paling mengejutkan, saya jadi terlalu rajin plak abih satu rumah saya selongkar dan susun balik..bagus ni..cepat berpeluh, kurang selera makan dan kerap ke tandas. keadaan ni berterusan sampai sekarang...i like! yang lebih mengjutkan, berat saya da kurang 2.5 kg..pd hari kelima penggunaan sy check berat saya da kurang 2 kg. pastu smlm sy check lg da kurang lg 500 g.. ni maybe sbb banyak minum air (4 lit per day) dan workout. pastu saya perasan gak pigmentation sy da lighter sket dari sebelum ni..tumit pon da lembut, tak kasar macam dulu..hehe..so far sgt berpuas ati ngan ccpp sbb rs yang sedap (x manis, rs kopi n choc dia sesedap rasa je) ;) |
