betul tu, time piyed leh senam mcm biasa.. xde masalah.... ehh ada ke org kata time piyed x leh bersenam? pelik..
kalau dh senggugut tu, x yah la senamkn.. rehat je..minum air byk2... bg pecah darah beku tu...kalau time x cramp, leh la wat senaman mcm biasa.. yg sesuai dgn mood badan.. janji bersenammmm..

    tq lina...setakat ni mkn mcm biasa cuma rasa haus sesgt..sememang nya minum 3ltr perday..jogging/workout mcm biasa cuma kurang kan masa skit..mcmana dgn kg pulak??balik ni i nk timbang..mcm cuak pulak...tak sanggup nk tgk scale..coz org kata berat naik masa kedtgan P...

    semestinya food control tu kunci utama.. as long midori tak ambik lebih dr DCR, sure leh turun nyer ditambah dgn senaman...

saya cakap berkenaan senaman ni sbb before this midori x wat senaman kan..  

senaman + control calorie intake + air yg byk =  penurunan berat

lina minggu ni mmg x turun byk.. minggu ni carbo ringkas byk makan ..dh la smlm balun kfc.. anniversary kan..huhu. asal berat x naik , tu cukup baik la...td timbang berat masih ok.. target minggu ni turun kelas...

    semoga ada penurunan...

mmg ada kemungkinan masa piyed bdn naik.. ni disebabkan hormon badan berubah2 levelnya dn bila bdn kurang air, tekanan darah rendah, kita rasa lapar..bila lapar, cecepat la kita gi makan dan makan dan makan... padahal, bukan kita lapar pun... mcm lina ckp tadi, otak hantar signal kata lapar ..
jadi kita kena kawal la pemakanan.. mkn dlm keadaan terkawal dn minum air yg byk mcm biasa...

org waktu piyed ni, nafsu makan dia pelik skit... hormon x stabil kan? mula la cari cekelet, ais krim dan byk lg benda2  lain yg x menyihatkan.. mungkin makanan2 ni menenangkan diri dr stress disebabkn hormon yg x stabil tu...makan pun mcm ikut nafsu jer.. haha..

yup...dulu2 takde exercise...start Jan tahun nie ada exercise...tapi Feb memang bole kata takde langsung....now March nak start again...

KFC kan bole jer makan....amik drumstick...less calories....

    sure boleh punya.. lina berbasikal 30 min speed 2-3 dpt 100 kcal awalnya.. tp selepas sebulan leh buat dlm masa 15 min dgn nilai tu... lina yakin anaryu bleh buat!

masalahnya lina x mkn drumstik( yg ni sure anak awal2 dh ambik.. hihi) lina makan mash potato, 2 ketul ayam bahagian dada( beserta kulit.. kih kih) seketul wages yg ber cheeseee....
saja nak enjoyyyy... harini cover balik.. tghari td timbang , berat x naik .. hihi.  harini kena kerja keras skit.. air kena byk minum...

   pasal cik P tu tak sama keadaannya tuk setiap org... contohnya ada org senggugut time cik P..tapi ada org y tak de rasa apa2...
pasal workout terpulang, nak buat or tak bersama dgn cik P... mana tau ada org rasa tak selesa bersenam time cik P tgh dok mengganas, boleh tunggu time cik P mula berlemah lembut...

pasal kenaikan berat itu perkara biasa sbb badan kita hold air byk time tu... berapa KG tak berani komen sbb setiap individu tak sama..

sekian ceramah mengenai cik P..hehehe..

Takperlah skali-skala makan heavy....from my reading, dlm diet2 nie kita nak kena ada gak cheat day....esok a fren of mine maybe nak banjer makan....kalu jadi esok will be my cheat day.

kan dh kata.. yg pepelik dh keluar.. memangil-manggil utk dimakan.... pepandai la kawal kalori.. buah2 ada... strawberry + kiwi leh je top up kat aiskrim tutti frutti tu..  rendah kalori..

   it is healthy to lose 1 kg per week...but 2 kg per week might be not....

kalau nak gak buat mcm tu, kena la jaga makan bagi cukup nutrisi takut u jadi lemah...

berat turun mendadak secara cepat y turun ialah air + lemak + otot.. bila otot pun menurun u akan slim but gelebeh..

unless u memang ada buat workout + strength training n makan clean, badan u jadi burning fat mechine..hehe..
