tak pernah pula dengar pula cycling boleh besarkan peha... saya sokmo gak cycling...
rasanya peha tak besar mana pun... errr tapi tak tahulah kalau saya yang tak perahsantan

xde nye yg besar dia akan tonnning legs muscle , if u are women no worries, kalu u lift berat2 or cycle muscle xakan besar, sbb hormon pompuan x sama ngan lelaki, your body will look fit, jgn dengar orang ckp kalu pompuan eksercise weigh resistance akan besar muscle dibadan, itu ajaran sesat, yg pompuan mcm, chyna wwf tu dorang suntik steroid dan testostorone hormon dlm bdn |

ok...tq sangat2...tadi kat gym dah start buat cycling..berpeluh jugak..nampak mcm senang jer...nak cantik punye pasal takpelah...ku tahan segala kesakitan and kelenguhan kaki ku ini.. harap2 another 2 mnths..akan menampakkan hasil...boleh ker??? |

i training kat clbrity ftness...boleh diktakan every day kat sini...smua org dah kenal....cuma tak pernh join class..coz masa selalu tak kena dgn my schedule.. |

jeles pulak aku tgok org tough yg tinggi2 ni, kalo tough pastu tinggi mmg lawa
sekadar nak dptkan kepastian, minum minuman (selain air kosong) tu boleh considered as makan juga ke? kalo dlm sehari aku amik 5 meals, dan ketika mengambil meal ke-5 aku cuma minum segelas susu, maknanya aku dikira makan 5 kali sehari juga ke? |

hi bro, dunia BB kat malaysia ni kecik shjo, even sazali dan azlisyam zakaria penah repair n trouble shooting their car with me, kdg2 nama tak kenal pun tapi muka selalu jumpa, mcm shukri ,jefri and the gangs slalu jumpa kat open house dan majlis makan2 di sekitar K.l, budha ancha selalu tgk dia train kat gym tudm sg besi,yg tu yg best kwn dgn BB, semua org pun bley campor, no border between us |

load karbo before exercise is good, but not to much, i think sebiji pun dah cukup, celebrity mane u train, bangsar or one utama? |

tang diet ni ok, xde masalah, very healty food, kalu nak nampak cntik lg. try avoid sugar n oil food, so far dlm listed dah ok, psl training pulak kene combine between cardio and weight training, ...
