nak tanye u all yg xpert kat sini...which equipment dkt gym tu yg betul2 boleh mengecilkan peha n reshape kan butt..susah betul nak reduce kan bahagian ni...

tak pernah pula dengar pula cycling boleh besarkan peha...  saya sokmo gak cycling...
rasanya peha tak besar mana pun... errr tapi tak tahulah kalau saya yang tak perahsantan

xde nye yg besar dia akan tonnning legs muscle , if u are women no worries, kalu u lift berat2 or cycle muscle xakan besar, sbb hormon pompuan x sama ngan lelaki, your body will look fit, jgn dengar orang ckp kalu pompuan eksercise weigh resistance akan besar muscle dibadan, itu ajaran sesat, yg pompuan mcm, chyna wwf tu dorang suntik steroid dan testostorone hormon dlm bdn

baru aje aku try bench press pertama kali dlm hidup aku. berat 40 kg 8 reps dlm 5 set. ok ke??

tinggi aku 180cm berat 85kg.

ok...tq sangat2...tadi kat gym dah start buat cycling..berpeluh jugak..nampak mcm senang jer...nak cantik punye pasal takpelah...ku tahan segala kesakitan and kelenguhan kaki ku ini.. harap2 another 2 mnths..akan menampakkan hasil...boleh ker???

i list kan yg smlam punye...

bangun je i minum air suam 1gelas

7.30 plus buah ciku and anggur

8.30 roti bakar wholemeal and plain water

10.00 anggur

10.30 ipoh hor fan with air limau suam

2.30 i dah kat gym but be 4 that ada minum air yg konon nak bg sweating n burn calories tapi x ingat nama ape

7.30 buah ciku and anggur

8.30 diner bihun tmyan..tapi bihunnye x makan sgt..makan chicken,sayur n kuah dia wth plain water..

ni lah yg i makan semalam.mmg semalam kurang minum plain water..sbb kat gym tu..dah khabisan mineral water..

9.30 tido...penat sangat..lately ni perasan asyik tido awal...

silalah sesape yg nak mengomen...saye sedia menerima kritikan..

actually i tak nak turunkan berat badan...i nak reshapekan  my body jer...

jeles pulak aku tgok org tough yg tinggi2 ni, kalo tough pastu tinggi mmg lawa

sekadar nak dptkan kepastian, minum minuman (selain air kosong) tu boleh considered as makan juga ke? kalo dlm sehari aku amik 5 meals, dan ketika mengambil meal ke-5 aku cuma minum segelas susu, maknanya aku dikira makan 5 kali sehari juga ke?

hi bro, dunia BB kat malaysia ni kecik shjo, even sazali dan azlisyam zakaria  penah repair n trouble shooting their car with me, kdg2 nama tak kenal pun tapi muka selalu jumpa, mcm shukri ,jefri and the gangs slalu jumpa kat open house dan majlis makan2 di sekitar K.l, budha ancha selalu tgk dia train kat gym tudm sg besi,yg tu yg best kwn dgn BB, semua org pun bley campor, no border between us

tang diet ni ok, xde masalah, very healty food, kalu nak nampak cntik lg. try avoid sugar n oil food, so far dlm listed dah ok, psl training pulak kene combine between cardio and weight training, time training must focus on area muscles that u train. correct me if im wrong
