    oo.. gitu ke... tapi bahan2 dia lebih kurang je kan? cuma teknik dia je la... ok2.. nnti ku try lak resepi yg sama.. tp teknik berbeza. mane tau bole dpt yg lembut gebu di dalam.. garing n rangup di atas. hehe...

    kalau da guna tepung naik sendiri tu xpayah taruk baking powder ker.. nk try gak bt.. tengok smpi 4tbsp jd takut..

mawar...tak payah...

tp....aku lebey suka pakai tepung biasa lagik...last week aku buat dua peten...satu SRF..nak habiskan stok...satu tepung biasa....tukang makan semua kata yg tepung biasa yg sodap laie..

    Even Nigella sendiri advise preferably guna tepung biasa juga, sy selalu wat kek/muffins mmg gunakan tepung biasa je..sy jrg guna SRF ni w/pun ada resepi yg gunakan SRF, sy tukar dgn tepung biasa je.

    sy ada try resepi rinnchan(cheese mocha muffin kot) n byk resepi gakla sy try...

yg jenis asingkan wet n dry ingredient.. pastu wet just kaup-balik dlm dry ingredient..

muffin sy byk yg tak naik sgt...

nk try guna tepung naik sendiri la plak...maybe baking powder jenama nur ni tak bagus kot...

bln 8 ni member ada tempah 100 choc muffin....risau plak, sbb selalu buat tak jadi...

ingat nak order je la...n bagi hadiah je kat member....

oven tu panas ke tak...kata kak anis (sifoooku)...kenali oven anda...aku pon sampai laa nih muffin aku ada senget benget gak...tp senget benget rupalaaaa..tekstur tip top...naik menggunung n merekah elok...cuma senget benget aja...tu pon sampai laa aku tak leh troubleshoot...

lepas mix dry n wet tu...biar kejap...amik whisker..gaul 2-3 kali jek... aku pakai piping beg...masuk dlm muffin cup...semua teknik wet dry (bukan teknik pukul)...semua muffin berkerak kat atas..

btw...oven apa mu pakai...kalau europa etc...panaskan oven 200 dulu dlm 20 minit..pehtu dah mask muffin tu dlm 10 min...baru turun suhu 180....bakar lg 10 minit or less..

sue....tepung tu buat lubang tgh2...then msk lee bhn basah tu...lepas tu gaul pki whisker seround aja...nak bagik bhn bsh tak bertakung laa kan...pastu biar dia meresap dalam 1 minit...barulaaa kacau ngan whisker...pastu msk laa dlm piping beg...senang...tak sememeh....ni cara aku laa...coz aku nih cemerkap sket kata org kedah..heheheh

kesedapan muffin bukan pada merekah ke tak..pada resipi ye jugak...tp semua faktor tu amik kiraaa....kalau merekah tu..rasanya lg sodap kot...

Resepi mana tu yg suruh letak baking powder byk sgt..
Biasanya saya kalau guna tepung naik sendiri, mmg tak tambah baking powder dah..
unless dinyatakan dlm resepi..

MUFFIN VANILLA

8 tbsp mentega, dicairkan
4 cawan tepung gandum **me ganti tepung naik sendiri
2 cawan gula
2 cawan susu segar
4 tbsp baking powder ** letak 1tsp shj
1 tsp garam
2 biji telur
1 tbsp esen vanilla

Cara-cara
1.Gaulkan kesemua bahan hingga sebati.
2.Isikan adunan tadi kedalam bekas muffin.
3.Bakar selama 20minit/180C.
