Sup Makaroni Sempurnakan Sahur

Sudah nak masuk hari ke-20 berpuasa, pasti ramai sudah buntu nak sediakan apa untuk sahur kan?


Tak syok juga setiap hari nak makan luar, sediakan sendiri kan lebih sihat dan jimat.


Makaroni sup memang sesuai sangat dimakan waktu sahur. Ia membekalkan karbohidrat, protein dan serat. Kuah supnya yang panas-panas sangat sedap dihirup. Yum!

Bahan-bahannya:
500 gm makaroni
100 gm daging - dipotong kiub
10 - 15 udang saiz sederhana besar dibuang kulit
10 biji chicken ball - dipotong kiub
2 sudu rempah sup
1 cawan tomato soup
1 sudu besar cili kering kisar
10 keping cendawan tiram putih dibelah dua
1 batang karot dipotong kiub
1 inci halia dihiris
Sedikit lada hitam
Daun sup/daun bawang
Bawang goreng
Garam dan perasa
Minyak secukupnya untuk menumis
Air secukupnya untuk membuat sup



Bahan-bahan untuk ditumis:
1 biji bawang besar - dihiris
3 biji bawang putih - dihiris
1 inci halia dihiris - dihiris




Penyediaan makaroni:
Panaskan air. Campurkan sedikit minyak dalam air. Rebus makaroni hingga lembut. Kemudian dibasuh dengan air sejuk dan ditoskan.




Penyediaan sup:
Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang besar, bawang putih dan halia.


Bila bawang telah garing, masukkan cili giling dan tomato soup. Biarkan sekejap hingga pecah minyak.


Masukkan rempah sup dan lada hitam. Tambah sedikit air jika perlu. Masukkan daging dan masak hingga daging empuk.


Bila daging telah empuk, tambahkan air. Perasakan dengan garam dan serbuk perasa atau kiub. Kacau rata dan pada masa yang sama masukkan udang dan chicken ball.


Bila udang dan chicken ball telah masak, akhir sekali masukkan lobak merah dan cendawan tiram. Biarkan mendidih seketika dan tutup api. - CARI
