nak senang dapat jawapan yang paling tepat, jumpa dr, masalah kulit berminyak ni bukan skin care je jawapannya. mesti kene cover ngan ubat or pil hormon ke.

oily skin kene pkai skincare yg oil free....tp depend pd hormon badan gak kan...pemakanan kene jga n amik supplement gak kasi cantik kulit...

Muka nara jenis combination, t-zone oily, the rest dry. Skarang ni dah less oily. nara pun tatau apa sebenarnya yg buatkan kulit nara jadi lebih ok. coz nara jenis suka try macam2 produk and makan macam2 supplement. now nara guna skincare shiseido pureness. alhamdulillah, the product suit me really well. seblom ni ada la guna few produk like biopearl, mior, glyco, loreal, dermalogica tapi tak berkesan sangat. dari aspek supplement, nara memang amik mcm2 vitamin. imedeen, kasly margarita, vit. c, multivit., garlic, lecithin. and 2 liters of plain water per day. muka skarang dah ok sket, still oily but under control. poblem skarang ada acne scar kat both cheek, nara sapu hirudoid cream.  i was informed that those who has oily  n sensitive skin are not advisable to use tea tree-based product.

sebenarnya skrub tak elok sgt utk kulit myk+ berjerawat
nak2 kalau jerawat batu
nie i baca dlm stau artikel
kalau jerawat..nanti lagik cepat merebak if skrub
so elok cuci ngn pencuci muka dna bilas dgn air suam
i dulu mmg muka berjerawat + minyak sgt
tapi sejak amalkan byk makan buah + sayur..masalh berkurangan
or leh cuba byk supplemen kulit skang
cam bwhite, soy collagen, i pun mula makan sejak kenal CARI.COM nie
just my 2 cents

itulah, macam i mmg tak beraprut sebab i tak pernah picit jerawat
tapi masalah pori2 besar
so i suggest amik supplemen
i pun tgh consume suplement

tapi i prefer yang tak dibancuh macam bwhite
nampak kurang myk kat muka
skang i dlm proses nak cerahkan..so i telan gluta
semua thread brg2 nie search jer dlm forum nie..haha
hasilnya poketku rabak demi kulit..huhu
