Petronas begins offering Euro 5-compliant fuel in the Klang Valley

KUALA LUMPUR: Petronas Dagangan Bhd (PDB), which has just introduced the Euro 5-compliant Petronas Dynamic Diesel at six stations in the Klang Valley, plans to offer the cleaner, greener fuel at 25 more stations here.
PDB said in a statement that these stations in the Klang Valley were in addition to the two stations in Johor -- at Pasir Gudang Highway 2 and Gelang Patah -- that began offering the sulphur-free fuel in December 2014.
In the Klang Valley the product, which enhances the protection and efficiency of Euro 5 vehicles equipped with the latest exhaust after-treatment devices, is now available at stations in Technology Park Malaysia 1, Mutiara Damansara (North-bound), NKVE (Damansara-bound), Solaris Putra, Solaris Serdang (Southbound) and Sprint Highway,
PDB managing director and chief executive officer Mohd Ibrahimnuddin Mohd Yunus said: “Last year when we introduced the Petronas Dynamic Diesel Euro 5 in Johor, we promised our customers in the Klang Valley that we were working towards making it a reality and now it is available in our stations.
“Meanwhile, continuous engagement and feedback received from consumers aided in the development of improved chemistries to deliver optimum engine performance in today’s latest common rail injector systems.”
He added that the Petronas Dynamic Diesel Euro 5 was developed through Petronas’ Dakar Rally experience to deliver engine protection, power restoration and cleaner combustion for superior fuel economy and protection allowing drivers to experience maximum performance from their engines.
He also noted that the company’s new offering catered to the shift in consumer demand following the introduction of newer car models that would gain the most benefits from Euro 5 diesel.
PDB is the principal domestic marketing arm of Petroliam Nasional Bhd, which holds 69.86% of its equity.

so far aku pakai diesel petronas okay la.tapi xpnh cuba lg yg euro 5 ni, bagus untuk enviroment jgk lah ye? bkn macam dulu bakar sulphur lebih je.. tapi skrg tgok skrg mcm suma lumba2 keluarkan euro 5 ni.ada yg dah cuba ke jnis ni?mcm yg diiklan kan x |

siapa dah pernah cuba? kata benar ke cakap syok saje? kata "developed through " je siapa tahu benar ke tak.. dgr experience org lain lagi baik lah |

bagi aku sama je kot...semua petrol station dah keluarkan euro 5.so aku asa funtion tu tak lari mana pon..ataupon nk taw ape yg istimewa kena degar komen dari orang yg pernah guna dlu la. |

aduiii, skrg beli minyak petrol sepuluh ringgit x dpt jalan sampai 30km..
Myvi aku yg pakai minyak petrol habis minyak cepat banding dgn Toyota hilux aku yg pakai minyak diesel...wahhh ketara tak perbezaan aku bagi |

nak macam mana banding petrol bagi semua company? dulu i pakai shell masa check engine org tu kata engine saye lagi kotor banding same org lain lol.. |

i pakai petronas tak pernah kena engine masalah eh, petronas punye diesel memang kurang damage bagi enjin banding dgn lain company lah, sbb die punye compound beza dari lain.. tak macam lain jaga power tapi tak jaga enjin ..

euro5 baru bawah masuk malaysia , banyak petrol station belum ade lagi lah  tapi petronas senang dapat banding sama company lain kan? macam B** , Pet**n , tak pernah nampak lol

Diesel Euro 5 ni memang "enviroment friendly" die dah ubah compound diesel, kurangkan sulphur dari diesel, so asap hitam akan kurangkan lah, tak macam dulu kereta 4wd biasa keluarkan asap hitam  |
