By the way.. about losing fat ni kan.. i think kita kena realistik la...

Bergantung pada jumlah lemak yg kita ada dalam badan... kita bole lose fat dalam plus minus 1 kg perweek or more kalau kita lagi banyak lemak..

tapi mmg ada had lah..  

Then, even kalau weight kita turun, it could be water weight, or muscle wasting.. kita tak tau...

For me, i do a lot of reading and research, do my own thing at my own pace.. and try tak nak terikut2 sangat apa yg orang buat 100%. I would adapt here and there... whatever works for me and my body.

Mmg nak burn fat and gain muscles tapi aku tak pressure diri aku sangat.. buat je safely and enjoy working out... then tau2 baju2 dah longgar.. hehehehe...

kalau korang nak turun fat banyak2.. buat liposuction kot? Yang ni pasti lemak yang hilang hehehehe...

Ps... tapak tangan aku dah mula kasar (walaupun hari2 pakai losyen) sbb aku main bar...

Some salts are healthier than others.. aku pun try guna at least sea salt... at least ada tambahan minerals lain kan?

Yup body needs minerals too. Also kita sometimes need iodize salt. Ntah utk apa i tak tau. My anty cakap i follow je. Heheh

Atkins tak relevan la.. better exercise dan work out + control makan. Berat turun lambat tapi turunnya kekal.

Kalau atkins, berat turun cepat tapi mudah naik semula.

iols dah cut gula brp lama dah, minum air pun banyak tapi berat still statik gak  mmg kena exercise ke hahah tu part yg malas

same goes to me..and the hardest part is to START..ms awal2 amik mood nak start tu..iols mmg melantak mkn apa yg iols nak..and smggu lbh jugak start dgn x mkn malam..minum green tea..tp siang bkn main lg aku mkn..

next pace..iols start dgn mkn 5x sehari..dpt gaji mmg shopping buah je utk 2-3mggu..ini utk ganti jajan2 kat opis la..segala wondercheese bagai2 tu  stop

so pg2 bgn awal dr biasa sb nk potong2 buah..msuk gaul yougurt cket then bwk bekal..so sneak times dr snek lagha slowly ganti buah..malam da dpt rythm sblm tu lg mmg xmkn berat dah..

da 3weeks asik mkn buah ganti jajan snek2 perasan la perut cepat kenyang..pastu iols buat pulak diet stop nasik..mkn roti jek..dr roti putih ke wholemeal..lama la sbln ke 2bln jugak plus minus here n there nk disiplin kan perut ni terima perubahan mknan..

skrg br start atkin..5 days dah..xde byk mslh sgt nk let go karbo sb da berlatih pon perut 2-3bln..rs dr bulan puasa..

so total lost around 10kg jugak..dr start 75kg skrg da 65kg..exercises 3x smggu je..hehe..n x buat yg berat2 smpi rs nk pitam..just jumping jack 100x, kneeling push up, and more focus pd perut n lengan..

mmg rs la turun..n mmg byk pon turun..tp still xamik tali tape kira inchloss lg..malas nk excited lbh sb tau dah jap lg iols terbuat u turn gemuk blk plk  

ada time rs kempunan gak nk mkn mcm2..tp bila rs nk makan..iols ingat kan diri sblm start dulu da telan pon mcm2 apa rs nk telan..so xyah ngada..tp iols xde la strict smpi xleh mkn lnsg..more to mkn je tp amik cket2..rasa2 je..

byk2 kn bgerak jgk kot..keje i mmg mmerlukan i sntiasa bgerak n aktif..n i makan sgt2 kerap..

lg satu metabolisme bdn u main peranan besar..lg 1 byk kli "melabur" dlm  sehari

Lepas bersalin berat badan iol turun sama macam berat before pregnant...dlm 5 minggu je gitu walau umur dah masuk kategori senja ...sebabnya kurang makan nasi tp byk mkn roti...walau iol pernah dgr org kata roti lg leceh nk dihadam berbanding nasi sbb roti tu a processed carb tp berat badan senang turun...

Sekrg ni yg jadi masalah perut ni...camne nak flat balik ek...uols ada tips tak??...senaman mmg takla sbb sekrg ni jaga baby sesorg...susah nk curi masa

I selalu google je.. u google bmi calculator then masukkan ur tinggi/berat.. nanti dia bagitau u underweight ke ideal
