Hurm...TB ni research I masa buat master dulu. I buat survey awareness orang pedalaman pasal penyakit TB and sekali dengan lab work sekali, buat TB fingerprinting untuk tengok strain dia. Finding iols...
Orang Felda pengetahuan pasal TB sangat rendah compare dengan literature review yang sedia ada. Ada yang memang positif TB tapi tak comply makan ubat, beberapa minggu lepas tu, I cari balik responden tu dah meninggal dunia. Tumpang sedih lah juga.
Sekarang I dah kerja, tapi tak guna pun knowledge public health I ni. Sia-sia buat master.

FIL dia maybe, tahu mungkin akan dapat TB jugak kerana dekat dengan kenalan awak itu.
bagus lah dia completed antiTB meds tanpa side effects.
kerana kena ambil beberapa bulan, itu yang buat orang dapat side effects.

wow power, ada masters. no, tidak sia-sia, kerana you ada extra knowledge and extra skills, ie buat research bukan semua orang boleh ada peluang. your sadness bila orang tu mati saya boleh faham. tulis la small threads di sini dalam Helath Board pasal TB. HB ini ramai jugak orang datang tengok.

banyak. dan kita guna anti-TB meds ni in combination pulak lagi
itu sebab kita pantau darah dan physical mereka.
ethambutol boleh rosakkan mata sampai boleh buta contohnya.. also bukan nya ambil 2 -3 minggu, but months.

tetapi ianya penting diambil kerana isu penyebaran TB adalah lebih buruk dari kesan perseorangan daripada treatment TB, dimana orang ini sudah pun kena TB.
mungkin awak di community selalu jumpa kes kes TB

looking for psl tb dlm forum ni n tq for sharing. i baru found out i positive tb last monday.admitted sbb batuk berdarah-hemoptysis.all was so sudden. im having a really hard time to digest all this. dr mana i dpt etc..dh start medication tb terus bila dpt tau.just discharged from hospital semlm afer 12 days. after a few procedures including embolization and bronchoschopy. now i still isolate dlm rumah jugak. tp i still rs trauma. especially bila batuk n nmpk darah.. maybe take time utk i recover dr trauma ni kan.

sorry to hear that but i'd like to assure you that treatment regime for TB is really effective and worthwhile completing all of the 6 (or 9 months). if u complete the regime, it can be eradicated. I have full faith in our medical system. TB is higly infectious and the Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the organism that causes, is really quite hardy. Your question of darimana u dapat is very important; must get that girl and guy and get him/her treated. disini, hospital saya hantar polis seret mereka2 yg tak datang ambil the weekly

encourage dia untuk teruskan treatment; organism dia susah untuk dibunuh dan boleh hidup didalam darah putih kita yang paling kuat ie Macrophage; itu sebab treatment dia lama. boleh je dieradicate tapi ramai org tak bertanggungjawab dan tidak dengar arahan.
