Tepeklah pic rambut kalau ada iols pernah buat oil treatment nak remove split ends tapi tak berkesan. Rambut skrg dah kejung, damaged. Gugur banyak pula tu:

aduhai..mesti stress kan ada masalah rambut mcm ni..   kalau split ends,  kena rajin trim rambut...my suggestion, bila rambut dah banyak masalah, first potong pendek rambut tu dulu.. paras bahu..kata kat tukang gunting tu nak blunt end..maksudnya potong straight..takde layer...then dah boleh start rawat rambut...buat oil treament tu 2 minggu sekali...dah okay nanti boleh jarakkan sebulan sekali... pakai shampoo yg sesuai...pastikan diet sihat..banyak makan ikan utk protein dan omega 3, sayur-sayuran hijau seperti brocolli utk iron,  guava utk vitamin c...

kannn..hahah mahal sangat..tak mampu lagi nak spend banyak tu untuk shampoo sajoo..

Ala tak sangguplah potong pendek sbb sayang bela dah bertahun rambut i nak cecah paras pusat dah ni. Rambut i lurus cuma ada split end problem je. Currently tgh amal diet baru, cuba banyakkan vege, fruits n protein. Nak telan biotin malas sbb celaru byk sgt supplement nak telan nanti

panjangnya rambut uolsss...rajin simpan..  ingatkan medium length je tadi tu yg suggest potong rambut paras bahu..

Currently tgh amal diet baru, cuba banyakkan vege, fruits n protein.

Sebab nampak feminin bela rambut panjang dulu dah pernah merasa botak, bob haircut, etc tu yg bosan.
