u try buat overnight oat. sng je cuma agak costing sikit. kalau oat biasa, mmg muak sbb rasa melekat kat tekak.

overnight oat ni u guna bahan tak byk sgt tp kenyang lama. housemate i rajin buat. i malas sikit so pagi2 i amek muesli pastu i cmpur ngan kuaci sikit, chia seed, oat, or buah kalau ada e.g anggur. pastu guna full cream milk sbb i tak suka low fat. sedap n kenyang. ni i bagi resipi overnight oat kalau nak try.

  • ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt. (mahal sikit sebalang nestle tu dlm rm12 or lebih)
  • ½ cup (heaping) rolled oats. (bukan oat biasa tp oar yg lerai n sebiji2 tu)
  • ⅔ cup unsweetened milk of choice. (low fat is better tp ikut tekak suka yg mana)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flax meal.
  • 0-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup. (utk bg rasa. u boleh jugak tukar2 letak fruit flavour)
  • ½ ripe banana, chopped or mashed (any kind of fruit. berry, strawberry, kiwi pun boleh)

u boleh buat by layer atau campur je terus semua ingredient ni. u buat ni malam, pastu simpan dlm fridge n esok pg u breakfast terus je. better dr makan oat kosong

i amek green tea. i dah try dilmah, ahmad tea, n boh, semua yg jasmine green tea. so far paling best i rasa dilmah. ahmad tea mcm agak pekat sikit n pahit, boh x sdp. rasanya bagu dr segi metabolisme sbb bila dah lama amalkan, i rasa mcm sng sikit kontrol selera makan n berat pun x sng naik.

lg satu detox tea. bagus utk lawas hehe

I sendiri pun terkejut u sbb boleh naik mcm tu. Mase tu, siapa yg tak jumpa i sebulan dua, memang terkejut i boleh naik berat sampai mcm tu sekali. Sebab tu sekarang i try sooo hard untuk avoid fast food

huhu. fast food mmg banyak menyumbang pd berat badan naik. kena avoid walaupun bernafsu tgk fries burger n so on tu . takpa keep fighting! i pun tgh struggle hehehe

like me..dalam 1 month berat boleh naik smpai 3kg.. ..mgkin effect lps berhenti consume slimming pill..

terdesak beb..berat mencecah 100kg after beranak 2015 ritu..shaklee..cmd smua x jalan..jalan terakhir cekalkan hati..tutup mata terus makan surut ayu..
trs turun ke 70kg..now naik balik 75kg x smpai 1bulan..

omg babe i feel youuu. trust me, kalau u boleh jaga makan, and kurangkan kalori intake you, insyaallah akan turun. thats what i did, memang turun.now seminggu dua ni i crave benda manis and fast food, mmg i ambik jugak sikit sikit nak lepas kempunan, next week gonna be a tough week again for me

i diet still makan nasi u, kalah i dengan u

okay dah tu u tapi for me lah, u boleh je ambik nasi kalau baru nak start diet sbb taknak body u terkejut TAPI kuantiti tu u kena kurangkan, like, satu genggam sahaja sekali makan, bukan dua tiga senduk macam sebelum ni.

make sure u cut the sugar, no more air manis, kuih muih and ais tu semua
