Lee Jun Ki & Moon Chae Won akan bergandingan sama dalam Criminal Minds versi korea?
Agensi hiburan Taewon yang bertanggungjawab menerbitkan drama IRIS dan Athena telah membeli hak penyiaran untuk mengadaptasikan semula drama Amerika Syarikat terkenal, Criminal Minds.
Moon Chae Won dan Lee Jun Ki dikatakan sedang meneliti tawaran yang diberikan kepada mereka. Moon Chae Won akan membawakan watak dipanggil 'Korean heroin' akan bergandingan bersama-sama Lee Jun Ki melakukan 'profiling' atau penyiasatan lengkap untuk menyelesaikan kes-kes kriminal yang agak sukar dengan melihat pada psikologi suspek berbanding pembunuhan yang dilakukannya. Selain mereka, pelakon Kim Ah Joong juga dikatakan sedang menimbang tawaran diberikan untuk watak yang tak dapat dispesifikasikan.
Lee Jun Ki pernah meraih pencalonan Best Actor pada tahun lepas menerusi watak Wang So, SBS Scarlet Heart manakala Moon Chae Won pula telah dinobatkan Best Actress menerusi watak Seo Eun Gi, KBS Nice Guy pada 1st CARI Kdrama Awards.
Drama ini akan membuat penggambaran lebih awal daripada penyiaran dan akan siarkan melalui KBS pada penghujung September ini.

Moon Chae-won considers Criminal Minds opposite Lee Jun-ki

Oh, I like this better. The Korean remake of CBS’s FBI profiling drama Criminal Minds is still courting Lee Jun-ki (Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo) to headline, but Kim Ah-joong must’ve turned down the starring role opposite him, because an offer is now out to Moon Chae-won (Goodbye Mr. Black). This is a pairing I’d love to see, even though it pains me a little that I might get to have Lee Jun-ki and Moon Chae-won in a drama together but it won’t be an epic sageuk.
The American crime procedural has been running for 12 seasons and focuses on a special task force of profilers in the FBI who approach their cases using criminal psychology to study suspects rather than the crime. The remake comes from production company Taewon Entertainment (IRIS, Athena), in conjunction with ABC Studios and Disney Media Distribution. There was talk of it potentially airing on KBS, but now it’s being considered at tvN for a late-night timeslot, though nothing has been decided yet.
Also considering a casting offer is veteran Sohn Hyun-joo (Signal, Three Days), who’s been mostly churning out movies (Average Person, The Hunt, The Phone). It would be awesome if he signed on—for what I’m guessing would be Mandy Patinkin’s role, though he’s only described as the team leader in the casting stories, without naming a counterpart in the American show. We do know one character for sure: Lee Sun-bin (Missing 9) is up for the role of J.J., a law enforcement officer and the communications liaison on the team who deals with local police agencies.
If they can get these actors to sign on, I’ll be pretty excited about the drama for the cast alone. Sohn Hyun-joo would make a great lead profiler, and I’d love to see Moon Chae-won as a special agent (plus it will have the added benefit of erasing her last drama from my brain). I have no idea if there are good lovelines in the original series, but we’re going to have one in the remake, right? *puppy eyes*
Criminal Minds will be fully pre-produced and plans to air this fall.

Lee Joon Gi and Moon Chae Won to lead an upcoming drama!
On February 23, it has been reported that Lee Joon Gi and Mon Chae Won are possibly going to star on the Korean version of 'Criminal Mind'.
'Criminal Mind' is a drama showing the process of resolving crimes through the use of profiling techniques. It was a popular series produced by CBS in 2005 and currently airing until season 12.
Taewon Entertainment decided to produce the Korean version of 'Criminal Mind' last year with ABC Studios and Disney Media Distributions. The Korean version of 'Criminal Mind' is pre-produced and aims to broadcast in autumn.
