Oh.. selama nih i ingatkan panic attack tuh .. mcm biasa kita tiba2 panic. Tak sangka sbnrnya the real panic attack is so bad and extreme.. kepada sesiapa yg ada panic attack, ikutlah saranan yang forummer bagi..
i pun ingatkan panic attack ni sejenis nervous tiba2 contohnye macam nak kene present ke apa. rupanya panic attack ni sejenis penyakit yang bahaya juga ek.

colleague i suffer from panic attack.
she have to standby medication from doctor je.
dia tak nak rely on medications slalu, so she try other ways to keep her emotions in check.
in terms of work, she will plan her work ahead jadi tak ada "surprise" work that can make her anxiety level shoot up.
in terms of personal life, she always surround herself with positive people. and she keeps a small circle of friends.
but walaupon she do these to help her control, she tells me that mmg dia tak ble kawal bila panic attack ni datang.
kekadang even a slight thing, macam normal invitation out to lunch with our client can trigger her anxiety.

I kena sekali masa break dgn ex..panic attact smpai rasa nak nagis 24hrs pastu dada sesak gila..pastu xleh napas..xleh tdo smua xleh..jmpa psychologist kat tmpat kerja dia kat panic attact tu normal masa2 cm gini..try tu overcome, kalau xleh kna refer psychiatric

I rasa dia bkn bahaya yg smpai mati..tp dia bahaya yg blh buat pesakit smpai bunuh diri gitu sbb xtahan pressure dia..tp mmg sesak dada masa kna tu..nasib baik i blh overcome dl..kalau tak selamat jmpa psychiatrist

betul, i kalau nk berdepan dengan org ramai, lepas tu rasa menggigil n berdebar2 tu i akan amek.. tp tula kawan2 xgalakkan sangat sebab dorg kata mcm dadah la plak
gatrik / angin ni i makan ganaton dengan controloc.. memang sentiasa standby dalam handbag termasuk gaviscon advance atau sachet gaviscon double action.. anxiety atau panic attack, i akan duduk n cuba calm myself.. ambik minyak angin dalam bag n bau lama2.. nanti slowly hilang la anxiety tapi takla immediate.. kena bersabar and control mind masa tu
betul..dulu masa bgtau ofcmate dorg mcm pandang ringan n rasa benda tu takde ape. i was lucky sebab my immediate bos pun ada kena jugak. so kitorang banyak tukar2 info. sampaila i kena attack yg teruk kt ofc n kena bawak g emergency then after that dorg yg tolong google pasal panic attack n tolong back up i kalau ada apa2..huhu..
mmg kalau org tak kena dorg xkan faham. n org yg kena harap org lain xkan kena mcm dorg. huhu
I boleh kena panic attack bila things dont go according to my plan
Even kalau balik lmbat 5 minit pun i akan panic tak tentu pasal
Mulalah rada berdebar2
Kalau ade event besar esoknya contoh mcm hari raya i akan dpt insomnia, tak lena tdo pk ps esok

Anxiety: This is how it feels
Do you guys feel the same? So far ini gambaran terbaik to describe anxiety. Rasa yang sabgat susah untuk diexplaib. Any anxiety / panic attack survivors here?
Iols kaki marathon.. mmg suka sgt berlari jauh.. starting lari 5km jee. pastu up sikit 10km.. ada kawan iols nampak bakat iols berlari marathon dan ada potential utk berlari.. dia ajak masuk half marathon 21km.. yg peliknyaa, mana2 event marathon dia ajak.. once iols buka je website tu,, iols akan panic sangat.. baru buka website.. tak register apa lagi... senang cite tiap kali bukak website event tengok half n full marathon ni perasaan panic tu muncul. laju yalss jantung iols.. belum lari lagi tuhh.. ahahhahaa.. iols pun selamat dah berlariii..tapi masih ada perasaan PANIC tu hinga sekarang

Pernah dpt panic attacks and anxiety masa buat postgrad dulu. Saya x leh bernafas rasa mcm nak mati. Lebih kurang 30 minutes macam tu. Lepas dah habis, dah tak pernah kena. Tapi bila fikir balik smpai sekarang rasa takut kalau kembali pada waktu tu.

mat pernah kena anxiety masa mula2 berkomunikasi di luar forum dengan sorang forummer, sampai mat sesak nafas dengan sakit suara masa tu. kesian dia rasa bersalah, walhal tak buat salah apa pun. kalau orang lain dah berambus terus agaknya.
tak macho betul di awal perkenalan tu. nasib dah selamat jadi girlfriend.
